This is my first airbrush kit, so I’m not extremely familiar with all the finer details, but overall it seems to work great and I’m very happy with it. Pressure Control: The pressure seems consistent and works well for my needs. I didn’t have any issues while painting, and it felt easy to manage. Connectivity: Everything connected easily right out of the box. The hoses and components fit well together with no leaks or complications. Heat: I didn’t notice any significant heat coming from the compressor, even during use, which was a nice surprise. Airflow: The airflow is smooth and consistent, allowing for clean and controlled application while painting. Overheating: I haven’t experienced any overheating issues so far. The dual fan setup seems to do its job well. Noise Level: It’s not overly loud, which makes it much more comfortable to use, especially for longer sessions. Setup was simple, and I was able to get started quickly without making a mess. The included airbrushes all seem to work great, and I’ve been using this kit to custom paint my firearms with excellent results. Overall, I really like this kit and have no regrets buying it. It’s a great option for beginners and performs better than expected.

I purchased this kit to airbrush some 8" models with my daughter. I haven’t done this since I was a kid, and just wanted a fairly inexpensive setup for our needs. TLDR: Very happy with the purchase. Does exactly what we want, was up and running within minutes, and performs exactly as we need for small model painting. If I was doing anything bigger/grander, this may not be the kit I would choose. Then again I’d be looking at more professional equipment. More detail: The box arrived as if I just picked it up from a store. The box was closed, but no exterior shipping box, and it wasn’t taped shut. That said, everything arrived in perfect condition. Other than the compressor, everything comes in its own case/sleeve. The starter kit of acrylics, thinner, and cleaner solution is a nice touch. Don’t expect a lot of performance from the compressor. It’s quiet, has a gauge, regulator, and moisture trap. When turned on it caps out around 60 PSI and stops (does not run continuously when not in use). The regulator is a cheaper plastic version that you pull the nob to unlock, turn to the desired setting, then push to lock in place. It works well enough and is expected at this price point. When spraying, it can keep a consistent 25-30 PSI. This is fine for the paints I’m using. I figure if I need more consistent pressure at a higher PSI, I’ll pop this on my larger pancake compressor and reserve tank (where I have a better regulator, etc). Took about 20 minutes from unboxing until we were starting our first model. Expect to play with the compressor settings and the airbrush to tune it to where you can feel comfortable to start on a project. In our case we started with the G22 and needed to adjust (as expected) the needle until the desired flow was achieved. We were playing with some acrylic we purchased from a local store, and had to play with thinning it to the right consistancy too. We practiced on a piece of cardboard until we felt it was setup well enough, then got to work. If we were using this on a more regular basis, or larger projects, I would definitely look to a more professional kit. If you’re like me, and you just want a simple setup for the occasional model, 3D print, and other small objects, then this kit may be worth a try.

This thing is GREAT. Now, this is a day-one review from someone who has never touched an airbrush before. I do a variety of hobbies and most of them require painting. I got pretty good with acrylic paints and small brushes, but I've always wanted to use a medium that doesn't result in brush strokes. I like using spray paint for this reason on larger projects, but smaller projects always proved difficult. Thus began my hunt for an entry-level airbrush kit. This was a birthday present to myself, and it came in on my birthday! I spent about 10 minutes unboxing the kit and looking around at everything. I plugged in the air hose, plugged in the compressor, attached the airbrush stands, and I examined the three airbrushes that came with the kit. I picked one of the pre-assembled fine-point airbrushes, plugged it into the hose, and added about 5 drops of red paint to the cup. As my finger depressed the trigger and slid it backwards slightly, THE PAINT STARTED FLOWING! I was airbrushing! I made a series of dots, lines, scribbles, and I even wrote my name. I tried some feathery, fluffy lines, and some super fine tight lines. I moved my airbrush over to one of my active projects and let the paint flow! Nope, I didn't do so hot and I screwed it all up. No worries, I'll get it all fixed up and ready for my next round of airbrushing. This is something you will need to practice with, and I look forward to playing with it. The compressor is super quiet (it can wobble around the table a little if it isn't sitting flat). This kit is super easy to setup and use. It works great. A couple notes. The paint is water-based and ready to spray. HOWEVER, be aware of what you are painting on if you expect vibrant colors. One of my projects was primed grey, and the airbrushed paint looks dull and semi-transparent. I may have to give it 5 or 10 coats to build up a comparable level of coverage as brush-based acrylic painting. OR, just prime your surface WHITE instead, and that should help the vibrancy of the paints. Cleanup took 2 minutes. I used the included brush cleaner, which worked fine, but I also used warm water since this is all water based paints. I also bought this cleaning pot, which worked like a charm! I do a lot of 3D printing, and the painting with brush, particularly the base coats, wasn't all that great. I seemed to always have brush marks, either due to my lack of skill or something else. (probably my lack of skills) So I wanted to looking into airbrushing, especially with winter coming - can't rattle can in the cold. This kit was well priced, with most all the bits one would need to start learning. 'Start learning' is a key phrase here. Neither the kit for the manufacturer's website are going to turn someone into a master painter with a few short video clips. You get the basics - how to connect it up, how the brushes work, and same practice techniques. After that, you're on your own. I'd watched all of those vids, plus several hours more from YouTube people, before deciding to buy. The kit itself arrived well packaged, nothing missing. Each airbrush is individually packaged in its own case, which I think is nice. The paints were all together in a box, tubing nicely coiled, etc. Assembly was quick and painless. Being a newb who wanted to see how detailed I could go, I started with the G25, which has the smallest nozzle. With the included paints, it worked ok initially. But after trying to mix some of my own paint, a metallic silver, it started clogging. And I confess, I think I broke it when trying to clean it. Can't get a constant stream to save my life. Perhaps the metallic flakes in the paint were a really bad idea? I'm going to fool with it some more, but there's a good chance it's done for. The G22, with it's slightly bigger nozzle, has worked very well. Look up 'beeranid 40k' on YouTube - he's got a really thorough walk through and tip set on this brush. His info helpful in understanding how to get the most out of this brush, as well how I probably broke the G25. The compressor has worked flawlessly. Not overly loud, but not silent either. You're going to need to turn up the TV volume if using both at the same time in the same room. Alas, there wasn't a decently priced similar kit that had a tank on the compressor when I made this purchase. So far, I'm really satisfied with this kit. The attached pic is of my first peice. All the color is done with the kit, the clear coat is rattle can. It's not perfect (you're seeing the good side), but I'm quite happy with it as a first go.

Great starter setup. Gone through at least 10 MG gunplas with no issues. The guns are easy to use and maintain. I'd say the spray is a little less fine than my iwatas, but they are waaay more forgiving when it comes to a clog. I just wish it came with a quick connect for the hose. That being said this set is totally worth the money.

My husband bought me compact, airbrush kit when we decided to remodel our bedroom and rather than put up wallpaper, we decided to use stencils so that we could have the pattern and color that we wanted. First thing I wanna mention is how many items came in the kit, which is great for any beginning airbrush artist. There were paints, jars, and cleaning tools, which made the job a lot easier. One of the things that I appreciate is that there was a QR code that brought me to “how to get started” videos which made it easy to jump in and start the project rather than having to just figure it out. I also appreciated that there were paints that came with it that I could test out so that when I decided to use acrylic, I could use those as a baseline for the consistency that I would need. I preferred using the glass jars for this bedroom project because it allowed me to do larger sections without having to refill. I have since use this for painting and I am thankful that there are two jars so that I could work with two colors without having to stop in clean them out to switch up. The system itself is not very loud, and the hose is a decent size. My husband did eventually end up buying me a longer hose so that I could reach the taller ceilings without having into lift the airbrush compressor. Despite the fact that I have some back issues, this compressor is lightweight, so moving around myself wasn’t an issue. It does have suction cup feet, which helped it stay in place and everything that came in a kit is good quality. I would recommend this for beginners or someone looking for a smaller kit they can easily move around or travel with. I haven’t had any issues with leaking, it’s easy to clean, the directions were very straightforward, and it was packaged well, working right out of the box.

This is a great little starter airbrush and a great way to get started with one. I was surprised by how quiet the unit was. Some YouTube reviews were wildly inaccurate about this fact. While the instructions certainly could have been better, there were enough there to get the machine assembled and painting quickly. So far, I have not had any issues with air leakage causing pressure issues or excess noise. All the seals are well-made. Considering the price point of the set, the included airbrushes were surprisingly functional. I didn't get any splatter or weird backpressure issues. They were super easy to clean. I even managed to get some decent detail work with it. I was also a bit pleasantly surprised by the size of the unit. It's light and small, super easy for anyone to move around. My only real complaint with the set is the airline. It wants to stay so tightly coiled that it is a bit difficult to use at times. It won't stop you in any way, but it can be a bit annoying. I would suggest replacing the airline with something a bit more pliable.
