I have very flat feet and have had quite a bit of pain in my right foot for several years. Have been to a foot doctor who gave me some shoe inserts that helped, but were very uncomfortable to use, and they really did not fix the pain problem. Over time, a quit using them and my foot pain slowly got worse. I tried high arch shoes, and those did help, but the support was way too soft for me. I found these and decided to give them a try. Took a minute to get use to the arch support. After a week of being on my feet everything felt pretty comfortable. Definitely help with the pain I was having on my heels and balls of my feet. Could still use more cushion but happy the pain is gone for now.

Bought them for my son for basketball. He is very flat footed. He wore them during practice and he likes them. He said they felt good. I order myself some for work, still waiting on them to get here.
