    • Great Customer Service!
Color: Pink
I am very pleased with the purchase of these tablets. I purchased one for each of my children. They come with a very durable silicone case, the screens are clear, and the parental controls are great! The colors are bright, and the interface is user friendly, just like an android device. Recently, my son's tablet began shutting off and restarting on its own, sporadically while he tried to play his games. Upon contacting the seller, they promptly sent me a replacement! I am so happy with the quick and caring customer service. This type of care really goes a long way. I do recommend! ... show more

    • Wouldn't connect to wifi
Color: Blue
This was one of the worst tablet I have ever bought...it wouldn't connect to my home wifi, so I brought it to the library it wouldn't connect to that wifi for 2 hours. My son was so angry. I couldn't keep this trash. I bought three tablets and they all did the same thing. So then all the children were upset 😡 read the reviews before you buy stuff. ... show more

    • Battery overheats
Color: Blue
We bought this for our 2yr old grandson and it has great durability. We have had it since Christmas and less than 6 months in, the battery is overheating and shutting the tablet off after less than an hour of usage. We've tried removing the case that it came equipped with and it hasn't helped. I'm concerned it could become hot enough to melt or catch fire. I've tried getting on the company website to contact them but so far have been unable to access the website....... ... show more

    • Budget Tablet With Limitations
Color: Pink
This works as a first tablet for my daughter, mostly because I know she'll probably break it within a year or two. The case is robust but every kid eventually breaks the screen somehow, so I'm just patiently waiting to replace it after she learns this lesson. The biggest problem is this tablet has no screen dimming. The feature to dim the screen in the android UI is there, but it does nothing. This would make the tablet borderline unusable, since my daughter primarily watch shows on it while falling asleep, but the first few evenings of use kept my daughter up late into the night with its bright screen... so I downloaded one of the hundreds of free apps which apply a filter to the display and artificially dims it. She goes to sleep normally now. Note: the blue light filter in android settings DOES work, but the display is otherwise so bright, this isn't enough. It's nice that there's a free workaround (that I had to figure out on my own), but I'd happily pay the extra five or ten bucks for this feature to be standard, and I'm guessing other, less tech savvy parents would agree. My only other concern is the screen protector. They've wisely gone with film over tempered glass, the latter of which would be horrible for small children (it can create fine glass shards when broken). The problem with film is that while it's immune to shatter, it scratches so much easier. My daughter scratched an inch long gouge on day one on the far side of the display, and while she doesn't mind it, the scratches will only accumulate over time. I'm not sure where I would get a replacement, but I'm guessing my best bet is to measure the screen and try to find a best fit option (I'll update my review here if I find a compatible replacement). Overall, I don't regret the purchase. It's a great alternative to the Amazon tablets, which have a horrible, user-unfriendly OS and interface. ... show more

    • Dependable kids tablet
Color: Blue
If all your kid wants to do is watch YouTube kids or Disney+ then this is the tablet for you. Cheap, study, my 7yo with autism has 2 so one is always charged. They use a SLOW CHARGER ONLY! Other than that, completely dependable

    • Super slow, glitchy
Color: Blue
Despite having really high speed internet, the apps take forever to open, freeze, and often close on their own. I thought it might just be the pre-loaded apps, but even the new ones have the same problems. When the apps do work, most of them are really slow. Once if finally loads, the drawing feature works well. If I still had the box, I would return it. ... show more
