We've had this tablet for 7 weeks my kid has used it (maybe) 4 times, always while lying on a bed. It has never charged like it should, since we got it. My husband has the fastest charger for Androids in our house and from the moment we received this, it never charged with his charger. Sometimes it charges with mine but it takes seven or eight hours to get to 50%, and only if you're holding the cord and pulling it forward as hard as you can. And because we've hardly ever used it, I forgot to return it in the time frame so now I'm stuck with a piece of crap that I regret buying... ... show more

I had gotten the first one cracked. CLEARLY returned for a replacement but then the replacement came with these… rings? it’s not from the light and this was opened straight out the box. They have great packaging but I’m not sure if the material is hitting it or what’s going on. I am going to keep the replaced as it is bareable but what happened? there was a screen over it.
