I like how it's super easy to use, is not very loud, and the battery life seems to be pretty great. I haven't had to charge mine yet and I've used it several times. The media could not be loaded. Was gonna write a better review because this is the best trimmer I've used at this price point, it left no nicks, cuts, or irritation. But I accidentally knocked it off the counter and the top broke off and won't go back on.

I’m so disappointed. I bought this and loved it for a while. It cut well, it was sharp and I had no irritation or issues. Then I needed to charge it. It wouldn’t charge. It wouldn’t do anything. Reached out to company and they replied and asked for a video. After I replied they never acknowledged me. If the quality or the customer service was good, I’d be happy. But neither is. So the price was good but since it broke shortly after the return window closed, I’m stuck with a shower paper weight, which I don’t need. Don’t buy it from this company.
