- SAFER AND EASIEROur fixed plate dance poles are safe for home studio use and fit ceilings from 7.3 to 9 feet with a diameter of 45mm. The package includes 2 extension poles and a height adjuster, but be sure to measure your ceiling height and choose the right pole size. If your ceiling is over 9 feet, we have 4 extension sizes available for individual purchase.
- INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Prepare the installation area. Before you start installing your pole, make sure you have enough clearance around it, a stable surface to stand on, and the necessary tools and hardware. You will need a drill, screws, anchors, level, tape measure and, if you have high ceilings, a ladder or stool. It is also recommended to clean the area and remove any obstacles or hazards that may interfere with your dancing.
- DRILLING Mark and drill holes (ceiling only) Once you have determined the best location for the rod, mark where you want to drill the holes. These holes should be evenly spaced and aligned with the center of the pole. Use a level to make sure your rod is vertical, not angled. Then, drill holes with the appropriate size drill bit and insert anchors if needed.
- INSTALLING THE TOP PLATE The top plate is the part that holds your pole to the ceiling and floor. Use screws and wrenches or pliers to secure the top plate to the ceiling. Make sure the top plate is tight and flush with the surface.
- ASSEMBLE AND TEST THE POLE Now that you have the top plate installed, it's time to connect the parts of the pole and lock it in place. Follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer, then place the bottom base on the ground and tighten the pole's extension fittings. Once you have assembled the pole, test its stability by giving it a gentle shake. If it wobbles or bends, you may need to adjust the screws or the pole extension.

All in all not a bad product was very easy to install but I will say the box came damaged and so did one of the poles the only option I had was to do a return and thank God that the pole that was damaged I really didn't need it so was not going to waste my time doing your return on it for a damaged Pole

I've danced before so I knew how to do pole tricks, but it took about a week to really be able to climb it right and get my body to stick to it. It is a little harder to learn than other poles, but I kept telling myself if I can learn to do my pole tricks on this one I would be able to use any other pole with know problem. After a few weeks of training every day on it, it got so much easier. Please do pole conditioning exercises before any routine. I did some nerve damage in my arm and 6 months later I still have issues with my arm because I didn't warm up first. The pole however is so study and it's definitely not going anywhere. I would not recommend for someone just learning.

This pole is amazing. I wanted it for pole fitness and it’s perfect and very sturdy. My husband installed for me. I took a picture of how it’s secured. Can be used stationary or spinning. I love it! My husband loves it! (He thinks it’s for him but it’s for me.)

This pole was lightweight and pretty, however i returned it before setting it up. It seemed to hallow, and lightweight for my peace of mind. Perhaps if I was only using it for 8 or 9 feet it would be ok.
