This knife is too big it needs serrations on the sides for grip. The on button is hard to push when you get grease on your hands. It does cut nice but just hard to use.

I’ve used this knife probably 5 times . It gets harder to use with each time…. Half the time it doesn’t want to cut. When it does cut, you have to hold down the button in a certain way and very hard. I would not buy this again.

I gave this to my mom for Christmas, today! She loves it! She really loved the wooden handle! My dad used it to carve a very large roast this afternoon! I watched to see how well the blades went through the roast. I couldn't believe it! They, seriously, went through the roast as though it was made of butter!
