This product is a sweet spot of quality and price. Most products with this blade size are either not as good or are more expensive. Cleaning the product is easy and it slices very precisely all of the meats that I normally eat. Customer service has also been outstanding, Alberto has offered his support multiple times and helped with solving a couple of small issues we've had. ... show more

Used once and the blade stopped spinning after 5 minutes. I called the phone # on the catalogue who then told me to call Berkel who then told me to call service in NY who then told me to call service in NJ who then told me to call NY. After all this back and forth and not being able to get someone to just help me I just returned the product and plan to buy a different brand. ... show more
