    • Nice chair
My only complaint is the assembly directions are not clear. Most of the wires are labeled as to where they connect but I had 1 that would go into 2 connection points but it wasn't labeled so now I have one connection not connected to anything.

CHAIR WOULD NOT WORK. PANEL CRACKED. I AM TRYING TO GET A FULL REFUND, BUT SO FAR THEY HAVE NOT COME THRU. SAY THEY WILL SEND A TECHNICIAN IF THEY CAN FIND ONE IN MY AREA, NOTHING YET! I TOLD THEM I JUST WANT A REFUND & THEY CAN COME PICK UP THE "LEMON" WE RECEIVED! IT'S STARING OFF BAD & WILL MOST LIKELY CONTINUE TO BE A HASSLE.
