The mat is thick, sturdy, and doesn’t slide around when he’s swinging. great value for starter practice turf at home

I wanted a decent sized mat so I could practice at home without tearing up the grass, and this has worked out really well. The 5x4 size gives me plenty of room to stand on the mat and take a normal swing, and it feels pretty stable under my feet. I especially like having the two different turf sections. It’s nice being able to practice off the shorter turf and then move over to the thicker section for different shots. The padding underneath also gives it enough cushion that hitting irons feels much better than using a thin practice mat. Overall, I’m really happy with it. Now I’m looking for a decent launch monitor and net to pair with it so I can put together a simple practice setup at home.
