Horrible! Waste of money! This maybe the worst product I’ve bought off Amazon! It does not get any colder than a fan. Directions in box are completely different than the advertised video. I tried tech support and they barely speak or understand English and was zero to no help. Set up very easy but it honestly does not get any colder than a fan. The area I’m trying to cool is small. Just buy one from Lowe’s .. pay the extra $50. That’s what I should have done. I’m so disappointed. ... show more

This is not effective -- no difference unless you are sitting still right in front of it, then only for a few minutes until the frozen blocks melt, and they need six hours to freeze again. I should have just bought a fan.

    • Decent little cooling buddy for small spaces
It is a not too big, think upright fan size, kinda rectangular, and about the same as our air purifier. I can lug it around easily, which is nice when I’m sweating it out in the kitchen or sorting stuff in the tool room. It works best for cooling down a small spot, like, it’s not gonna chill a big room fast, and I haven’t timed it or anything, but you can tell it takes a bit longer in bigger spaces. Up close in a tiny area, though, it feels good. It’s simple to use too, got a timer, swing option, and speed settings, all pretty easy to figure out. The breeze it puts out is gentle, which I like way more than a regular fan, especially in those random corners where the AC doesn’t reach. Downsides? Well, it’s not some miracle cooler, small rooms are its thing, and it’s more of a fan with a cooling boost than a full on AC. ... show more
