Don't waste your money, in order for the unit to cool you have to keep the speed on high and make sure you have put PLENTY of ice cubes and or all 4 cooling packs they provide, very, very disappointed, not worth the cost. Not even worth 1 star in my opinion. I called their customer service, in broken English the young man told me that you can't adjust the temperature, just have to keep it on high speed and keep plenty of ice in it. Doesn't cool the small area to under 84 degrees. I will most likely return the unit after the water runs out. ... show more

Horrible! Waste of money! This maybe the worst product I’ve bought off Amazon! It does not get any colder than a fan. Directions in box are completely different than the advertised video. I tried tech support and they barely speak or understand English and was zero to no help. Set up very easy but it honestly does not get any colder than a fan. The area I’m trying to cool is small. Just buy one from Lowe’s .. pay the extra $50. That’s what I should have done. I’m so disappointed. ... show more

This is not effective -- no difference unless you are sitting still right in front of it, then only for a few minutes until the frozen blocks melt, and they need six hours to freeze again. I should have just bought a fan.
