It came with only a 2 page pamphlet. No owners manual and what's worse no support or any way to contact support. The machine started and ran good until the 2025-07 windows update was needed. I read some reviews that made me laugh a little cause I did what they did likely and then realized my mistake. What am I talking about, connecting the Monitor to the wrong graphics card on this system. There is the OG graphics card that is built into the motherboard that is disabled as there is an upgraded graphics card in this system. So at first the computer fired up but there was nothing on the monitor. Then I realized what I did and quickly fixed my error. And was able to set up this computer quickly. I don't really game but I did open up one of the few games I do play and everything ran smoothly, but I am a photographer and a decent gaming computer is really a requirement when you are culling then editing hundreds and sometimes thousands of images in a session. I opened up my editing software and it runs so much smoother than my previous computer. The quality is nice as the wide tower is a great addition to keep the CPU from overheating. And with all the fans I thought the noise would be louder than what it is, this system is really quiet. The colors are true to the images I took. The wifi connected seamlessly. ... show more

The computer was bought for my daughter who is a novice gamer, it has a great graphics card which allows her to play games with no lag she boast on how great the graphics are and the speed the computer starts. The ease of startup was amazing all just plug and play to top it all off the dual Wi-Fi antennas make WiFi connectivity flawless which enhances the overall performance. This has been the worse pc I have ever bought it was hot glued to the motherboard it did not want to connect to any internet and there were screws missing from pc and the glass wasn’t not screwed all the way on. I would never recommend this pc to anyone I know I would NOT BUY THIS IF I WERE YOU
