It's great. Start with half serving and work your way up over time. This will give you the biggest caffeine rush/shakes. It will make your heart race and it will give you the workout energy you need, but be careful bc it can be overwhelming if you're not used to it. I drink a pot of coffee every morning and the caffeine doesn't effect me. A half serving of this and I feel like I just snorted a whole 8 ball of coke in one go, and feel like I could run around the world so fast it doesn't look like I moved. It doesn't taste bad at all compared to other pre-work outs and the price is amazing. I'm not an expert at pre workouts but I do work out everyday and many times I have one. This one compares wonderfully to other preworouts out there. Like I said I love this pre-work out but I just can't see myself continuously taking creatine. I love the boost it gives me but the blue Razz flavor is absolutely disgusting! I will not purchase again for the flavor alone. I have to gulp it down with barely any water so I don't have to suffer with having to drink more of it & then chase it with something else to wash the taste away.
