The fruit punch taste is good but my only gripe is that the container is large, meaning the scoop is huge. One scoop is to be mixed with 12-14 oz of water; any less and I’d feel noxious. I would personally rather have a small scoop with equal strength, so I can mix it with less water and chug it faster. Other than that, it’s pretty good.

I almost never write reviews for products but I had to come on to give this preworkout one. It gave me focus like no other one has, uses vegan ingredients and actually tastes good. I only use half a scoop and thats more than enough. I found the one!

Pretty decent pre workout powder. One of the better dissolving powders I’ve used. Gives a good energy and focus boost without the tingles. The flavor is good provided you use enough water. For my tastes I was mixing one scoop with about 24 oz of water. Anything less and it was way to strong tasting. I’d recommend this for someone who wants the caffeine boost without the tingles. And that doesn’t mind drinking a decent amount before their workout

Couple of issues I’m facing with Kaged products. I’m really questioning the measuring cups included. They serving sizes seems way too big or the product itself is too concentrated. And fruit punch is really bad tasting. I am having to force down the drink just because I need to finish it. It could be just me in this case but would never recommend fruit punch for a flavor

I have only done a few pre-workouts ever but this one is great. If I take it and wait too long I get jittery. When I workout it's great once I get going. You can feel the beta alinine tingles but barely. Great pump great energy. After I'm done with this tub I'm going to try the one without stim and see how it goes. Honestly the taste is good idk why people are complaining about it anyways. You're drinking it for energy not for taste

Only use about a half scoop and it works perfectly well for me. I've tried 3 flavors so far (Berry Blast, Fruit Punch, Pink Lemonade) all have been good. Probably the best tasting Pre I've tried. Gives a solid boost of energy for that extra rep or 5lbs without making me feel anxious or jittery. It is expensive, but the ingredients are high quality and if you're a smaller person like me a half scoop is plenty and you can definitely stretch out the supply. The caffeine isn't overwhelming either, but I've been a long-time coffee drinker so it takes a lot for me to get the negative side effects of it.
