These microphones work great. I use them on my PC for Zoom meetings in a large room with a speaker that likes to travel around the room. My only issue was the receiver plugs into my USB C port on my pc and because of its long shape, it covers up my charging port on the pc. I tried some extension adapters and my Zoom app could not recognize the mics, so I had to unplug my pc and use the receiver directly on pc USB port. I couldn't find any support numbers on the directions. I have since ordered a USB C to USB C female extension. Hopefully, that will fix the problem. If it doesn't, I can't use them for a long Zoom meeting because my PC battery dies. I the extension works, then 5 stars. Good Value Connects Easy Sound is Great Seems well made Shape of receiver was too wide and covered PC ports. I'm upgrading to 5 stars because the extension I ordered for the transmitter connection worked, and my PC now finds the mics on Zoom.
