  • Great design
Chair is exactly as described. It's very sturdy, and easy to assemble. Very smooth to maneuver, and easily folds for transport. I'm very happy with this purchase. The seller is very responsive via email.

  • Worth every cent
Love it so far. Easy to assemble from the box. I like the fact that the charger has a fan to keep it cool while running and the charge indicator light is also helpful. The instruction manual could use some better pictures, they are rather dark and hard to make out. The only other thing I would like is a strap to hold the wheelchair together when it's folded up. It would make it easier to transport in a vehicle. I'm using the seat belt for this purpose currently. Over all very nice smooth ride. I appreciate the fact that the arm rests raise up to have better access to the seat. That can be a hard feature to find. ... show more

  • Range is 2-4 miles - not anywhere near 15
Does not have 15 mile range. (Ask Rufus to calculate the range based on battery and motor size.) - Two 12V/12AH lead-acid batteries (288 watt-hours total capacity) - 500W dual motor system Realistic Range Analysis: - At full 500W power draw: ~35 minutes runtime (about 2 miles at 3.8 mph) - At lower speeds and power draw (200-250W) ~1–1.4 hours runtime (about 4–5 miles at 1-2 mph crawl) Footrests are cheap plastic. I broke one bumping into a wall (not hard enough to damage the drywall much) I contacted the Seller and asked "Where do I get a replacement and how much does it cost?" The Seller replied (3 days later) "Sorry we can't help you. Contact the manufacturer" (No contact info provided) There are no brand or model numbers on the chair. No part numbers on the footrests. The listing says it's a POWET brand chair, so I googled that and found no internet presence for the company. Found a phone number in the manual (recommends texting) After a week or so of run around I finally got a promise of a footrest. It took over 2 weeks to get a footrest - which is kind of crucial to using the chair. While looking thru the manual there was a QR code to sign up for a warranty. When I scanned it, I was taken to an APP with the message that I "Cannot continue because the date/time on your phone is not correct." (it is) ... show more

  • Fantastic chair
I have an extreme case of cp and this chair is very comfortable and very reliable the only downfall is the leg rests they need to be swing away so I could get in it easier had to take them off that is only thing I didn’t like.

  • Will it replace my 175LB Chair?
This will be an on-going review. I will update it as I learn more. I have Cerebral Palsey I was looking for something to replace my 175-pound chair, so I bought this. My current chair has a rigid back and this does not. For that reason, I feel uncomfortable when giving it gas to go over bumps or through the grass. It does load much easier than the other chair. I use a hoist to load it in the back of an SUV. More to come ... show more

  • Inexpensive but serviceable and compact for traveling. Large folks beware.
Overall, a good value for the money. BUT, a few caveates: Assembly was relatively easy but the instructions very poor. You really need to be somewhat mechanically inclined and flexible. I could not find anything about where the charger power cord was supposed to go. No diagram or hint. I asked for support through the Amazon listing and the response was quite long with at least a half dozen "maybe here" suggestions. The last suggestion was "Maybe the instructions." Duh. THAT is where I STARTED. An aide located it on the lower front of the controller that you use to run it. Also, there are some cables to connect under the seat. No problem IF you can reach them. Ditto with the tip prevention skids on the bottom. Not difficult IF you can bend that far. It is rated for 350 pounds. However, at 6'2" I am a bit too tall for the unit. Getting on and off is somewhat difficult clearing the foot rests which are hard and SHARP. Once on board, I found the seat too low with my knees significantly elevated and my butt too low (even with a thick cushion of my own) making the overall experience uncomfortable. And there is no way to adjust any of that. On the good side it is sturdy and the controls easy to use. I have turned off the voice feature as it becomes nagging very quickly. But some might like it. Learning to run it was pretty easy but even in an ADA-compliant living space with wide doors it takes getting use to. The motors are plenty fast enough. For a shorter person, certainly under 6 feet, it is probably comfortable enough. 350 may be a stretch on capacity but it works well. For me, this is an interim learning experience until I can get something more befitting my plump and tall physique, though it will undoubtedly be much more expensive. But, overall, a good buy for most folks, I'm sure. ... show more

  • Exactly what we wanted
Bought this so we could put it in the back of my car. It’s a little bit heavier than I thought it would be but nothing I can’t handle. It’s nice that it folds and is power rather than manual. We wanted a “transport” chair for quick trips but didn’t want a manual chair so this is perfect. I feel the power gives more freedom than a push chair. ... show more

  • It Broke
I loved this chair for two weeks. Now the left wheel motor seems to have stopped working. I reached out to customer service. I’ll see what happens.
