I ordered this thinking it would fold out to be a full size sofa bed/futon. It is in fact only a twin size. It is very low to the ground, and not high backed at all. The picture makes it look bigger than it is, which is very disappointing. The whole thing comes in one HUGE box, the delivery guy does not bring it up to you, you have to meet him at the truck, so good luck if you have no elevator. The drawers that come with the 70 inch size have to be put together from scratch. The sofa/bed only needs the legs screwed in which is easy. oh and the boxes and nails and all that are stored in a zippered part under the main piece. so don't go crazy looking inside the box for it. As for the comfort, it is not meant for anyone over 180lbs if even that... I'm close to 300 and I wont dare sit on it let alone sleep on it. I got this for my daughter who's a lot thinner than me. So just fyi because the description states that it can hold up to like 500lbs...but once you see this ..trust me you wont want to test the weight limit too much. It is very Firm. You might want a mattress topper if you are going to be sleeping on it for any amount of time. For the price point... its expensive, the quality is not what you expect so that makes it not worth the price. I pretty sure this will be the one and only time I ever order a couch from online without having seen it first or doing more research. Would I recommend this to friends or family? NOPE. don't waste your time. I am not sending it back because i am not taking that huge box back down the stairs. Just be warned.. do some research.. that was my big mistake. ... show more

Its fragile,it feeling like it's made of plywood. First of all we put just a bit of weight on it and it cracked on the bottom. Second they forgot to drill a hole into the bottom drawer for a dowel rod. Third, they kept calling constantly and needed my number to deliver it. Fourth, they tacked the tracking number onto a key chain. Of a house. Not even a couch. A couch key chain I'd laugh and understand. Nope a house. Fifth, after contacting them about it all they could do for me was offer a 50% refund. So I would not buy this ... show more
