I ordered this thinking it would fold out to be a full size sofa bed/futon. It is in fact only a twin size. It is very low to the ground, and not high backed at all. The picture makes it look bigger than it is, which is very disappointing. The whole thing comes in one HUGE box, the delivery guy does not bring it up to you, you have to meet him at the truck, so good luck if you have no elevator. The drawers that come with the 70 inch size have to be put together from scratch. The sofa/bed only needs the legs screwed in which is easy. oh and the boxes and nails and all that are stored in a zippered part under the main piece. so don't go crazy looking inside the box for it. As for the comfort, it is not meant for anyone over 180lbs if even that... I'm close to 300 and I wont dare sit on it let alone sleep on it. I got this for my daughter who's a lot thinner than me. So just fyi because the description states that it can hold up to like 500lbs...but once you see this ..trust me you wont want to test the weight limit too much. It is very Firm. You might want a mattress topper if you are going to be sleeping on it for any amount of time. For the price point... its expensive, the quality is not what you expect so that makes it not worth the price. I pretty sure this will be the one and only time I ever order a couch from online without having seen it first or doing more research. Would I recommend this to friends or family? NOPE. don't waste your time. I am not sending it back because i am not taking that huge box back down the stairs. Just be warned.. do some research.. that was my big mistake. ... show more

I bought this couch because it is 66 inches long and would fit perfectly in our loft gaming area. We are average size people and the couch is sturdy and does not creak as others stated. Is it going to be an everyday bed, no...it is not meant to be. It is perfectly comfortable to sit and watch TV or play a video game. It works in a pinch when my teen's friends come over and spend the night. For $300, it is perfect. I love the cup holders for the kiddos. The customer service was amazing. I contacted them because I opened the box and did not see the pillows and legs...they are hidden in the bottom in a hidden zipper compartment. They responded within a few hours and explained to me, I flipped the couch over, and laughed at myself! I put the legs on in about 10 minutes. I will post a pic later. Overall: very nice customer service, cute sofa, perfect size. An overall good deal. ... show more

Couch was EXTREMELY easy to assemble. 8 allen head bolts and 16 screws and it's done. Arm rests really are removable.... so removable I don't even use them because they slide all over the place and constantly fell off the side of the couch if you moved. Cushion is very firm. I could not sleep on it but I'm sure sure someone who enjoys sleeping on a bed of cantaloupes would be comfortable sleeping on this. We are putting a 3" mattress topper on it to make it more comfortable.... Material seems durable and is stitched together well. I couldn't find any flaws in the workmanship and I went over this with a fine toothed comb. All in all I like the couch and it's worth the money. the cushions are comfortable as a couch and that is what counts for us. ... show more

Easy to assemble but not the most comfortable futon. Side rests are useless, would be smart to have one side of futon touching a wall so you get some kind of a “side rest”. Sleeping on this for me was very hard too. The divider hurts my back and makes it difficult to sleep. Love the style, size (great for small rooms.), fabric, color, hide away cup holder, and sturdiness. Now the hate. We hate that it squeaks when we sit back. It’s uncomfortable to sit on for long periods of time. It surely needs extra cushion or a thicker pad. When we sit we can literally feel the springs. I’m planning to get a memory foam pad to go over it. We’re not big people either. I weigh 185 and my son that uses it the most weighs 130. The arms on the futon do not attach, it a pillow. It is fairly short on your back, so if you are sitting there hours, it may not be that comfortable.

My grandson loves when it's in the couch position because he can have 3 young adults sitting and comfortable. It is a good sleeper for one. It is a twin size.
