Abalone shells from the deep sea of New Zealand have brilliant colors and unpredictable patterns. Through abalone shells, you seem to be able to feel the myriad worlds under the sea.
  • 2. Material: The butt of the cue is made of ebony. Ebony is one of the most valuable and rare woods in the world. Because of its slow growth period, the wood is extremely precious. The patina formed after polishing is very bright, like a bronze mirror. The unpredictable black pattern resembles famous mountains and rivers, making the Impressionist masters sigh. The charm of ebony lies not only in eye appreciation, but also in hand caress.

PROS: - Good quality - Straight and rolls on table with almost zero warp. - Taper is pro taper - Slides very smooth and need for a glove eliminated for some users, though I kind of prefer a glove - Hits relatively solid - Many say this is the same as a JFLOWERS cue CONS - Not quite as good of feel as a $1400 Predator. - Tends to have less of a cush soldness. This could be because the tip is medium hard - Installing a Kamui medium or soft tip might resolve the slightly stiff/pingness. Pinging is slight. - Balance is good, but not quite as much as my liking of a Predator P3 - Shaft had a very very slight waveyness to it. Very straight, but very slight wave. CONCLUSION At this price point, this cue is worth the money. A $1400 predator cue won't make you play better, but you might like the feel better. So if feel is what you're looking for and you have $1400 to spend, I would probably get a Predator with a REVO shaft. But if you want a pro level cue that will do the job, this cue is fine. One caveat, I would probably change the tip on this cue and put on a Kamui or a Moori tip. This tip is ok and will do the job, but if Kamui, Moori or Tiger Sniper are clearly better. ... show more

My cue arrived in excellent condition. Was very skeptical while ordering this, but couldn’t have envisioned a better cue and shaft. Very solid playing cue, and have not had any issues with it whatsoever. The tip has not been messed with once, and is playable straight out of the box. Although it took longer than expected to receive, USPS, it arrived well packaged. The box/case included is nice but doesn't have a handle if you wanted to carry it, I don't believe it was intended for carrying. I already had a nice konllen case so no big deal. The cue and shaft are very nice and straight as an arrow. The finish is almost as nice as my viking cue, and it is well made. The tip actually plays well right out of the box, I didn't have to shape or soften it. Holds chalk good and has great draw. I have seen the "cheap" carbon fiber pool cues by other manufacturers and this is in a totally different league. Only you will know how little you paid. It looks like a much more expensive cue. The shaft is extremely smooth and has great feel. The grip is nice and comfortable. The balance is right on. I look forward to years of pool play with my konllen. A nice cue stick, this is my first time using a carbon fiber cue that feels different from my wood cue, the cue is very straight and doesn't warp and the tip is perfect but would play better if changed Kamui tip head position, the accuracy when shooting is very good, and it is quite affordable for the price, for those who intend to use a carbon fiber cue should try it, thanks KONLLEN. ... show more
