After buying and trying several arch support orthotics for plantar fasciitis, I found these Powerstep Pinnacle for high arches to be the best so far. They're comfortable and come in a variety of sizes. I just wish they had a little more cushioning.

Used in NB lace up sneakers to replace thin foam insole that came in the shoes. True to size did not need to trim. I will likely get another pair so I don't have to keep moving them back and forth between different casual shoes. Helped relieve mild heel and arch pain, hopefully to avoid plantar fasciitis. I have an issue with my foot. Been using a surgeon recommended orthotics that were fitted by a foot specialist. Went thru the custom fitting. Paid a lot of money. PowerStep appears to be a great lower cost alternative to custom made orthotics.

I walk for exercise and when I travel. My feet supinate and I can't walk well without good shoes and insoles. I was previously using PowerStep Pinnacle Plus Met insoles for years and needed replacements. I discovered these PowerStep High Arch insoles and tried them out. They are wonderful. The insole is really stiff with no cushion and the arch is in a weird spot. The arch is really high. I have high arches but just a warning it is higher than your average high insole arch.

These inserts are great for anyone with very high arches and/or lateral ankle instability. I had a lateral ankle reconstruction done a year ago after tearing both peroneal tendons and these inserts give me the support I need to run again.
