I put these in my kid’s ice skate to make them a little more snug because the skates ran a little big. Unlike other insoles these are hard enough to keep the shape inside skates. My kid said it made the skates feel more secure so no complaints.

Bought these for my sister who had surgery on both her feet. The doctor had recommended a more exspensive brand, and I found these on Amazon, with really good reviews. Well the reviews were point on. They worked perfectly for her. She had to have good support after she had the cast removed. They’re great . They really helped in adding cushion and support. They made it easier for her to get back on her feet. She had metal plates in her feet and it was really hard for her with out the support of these insoles ... show more
