This is a very nice and works well made. The weight was easy to push up hill and we have a nice size yard that grows fast this made it very easy to get the high grass / weeds. Easy to start I was not able to find this quality for the price anywhere else

The mower arrived quickly and it had everything it was supposed to have. I noticed while putting it into operation the plastic nuts on the handle holding it together could not be made more cheaply. Super thing plastic and clearly not up to the snuff of long term viability. 3/4ths of the way through my backyard, maybe half an acre in size, one of the red "nuts" fell off and the handle separated. I could not find the "nut" in the yard after looking for ten minutes and walking all around. I will just insert a real bolt and nut with a locking washing. The mower company saved a penny or two not including locking washers and using plastic "nuts." The good. The mower started on first pull. The mower had plenty of hp to power through the yard on its first mowing of the year. The speed of the self-propelled was quick. I could barely stay with it due to my back problems. the mower was great, outside the heavy reliance upon substandard plastic components that will not hold up. I will replace all the plastic pieces of junk with metal components. Customer service has been very responsive and I cannot complain about that. They have gone above and beyond to make my mower right, but I already solved the problem with a bolt and nut on my own. I will say this, their customer service has been quick, but the mower is the cheapest and least durable item I may have ever purchased in my life. New update. The mower was used for a second time. The handle stayed together with my replacement bolts, but one of the bolts holding on a rear tire broke in half and the wheel is now canted sideways. Never in my life have I seen such cheap materials. Please do not buy this mower. It is made from the cheapest materials you can get and it will not last. The mower is junk.

I have been using it for nearly a year and feel it's okay. Sometimes the power is insufficient (compared with one of my previous 1750CC models). The Belt Cover under my lawnmower is prone to breaking. Now, when in use, the Belt often falls off, preventing it from moving automatically. I have searched the entire Internet, including the websites of the merchants themselves, but I have found no sale of this accessory. Please ask the merchant to provide me with a way to make a purchase or inform me of the purchase method. Thank you!

This lawnmower is a beast. The 170cc engine really delivers plenty power to handle all of your grass cutting needs...from low to tall grass and anywhere in between. It's very easy to set up and comes with oil and other accessories. This is my fourth PowerSmart mower and I will buy this brand mower again and again.

I've had this mower now for a few weeks and am by and large happy with it. I will say that I won't buy another rear-driven mower as it must constantly be disengaged and engaged again when turning...something I'd not considered. I also am not happy that when turned on its side, oil leaks out. My yard can be very wet so when I finish, I need to be able to clean the under deck so the metal won't rust. That said, it cuts very well and doesn't clog (in part because I removed the rear and side flaps. It started right up on the initial try but the second time I was ready to mow, I somehow flooded it. I called and left voicemails twice to Power Built and never got a return call which is disappointing. But it started up from that point forward and I've not had an issue since. So if you're OK with rear-driven mowers and don't need to clean the underside, this is a good choice.
