Order and delivery went off without a hitch. Slight damage to the mower. Under the top dust cover over the pull rope uptake are three places where the screws go that hold the cover on. Two on the front, one to the rear. Underneath the cover the place on the rear where the screw goes was sheared off of the assembly ant the cover flaps like crazy. It has shaken so bad that one of the screws on the front worked itself loose and now has been lost. I am going to try to crazy glue the broken piece back onto the assembly but it may not hold with all the vibration. This is something that should have been caught at the factory in a quality control check. Not happy... Otherwise the mower works well. It is the second PowerSmart Mower that I have owned and I am sorry to say that the quality level has dropped since I purchased my first one somewhat.

I really wanted to keep this mower. It was light and easy to use. Unfortunately the primer system broke after THREE USES. Spoke to Amerisun about possible repair and they were unable to help. They did not have any local dealers capable of making a repair and expected me TO DO THE REPAIR MYSELF!! So I'm left with either returning a broken and useless mower which is a major hassle or keeping it and paying for the repair myself which is unacceptable for a machine that broke so quickly. I hope others can learn from my mistake. When buying major appliances like this online make sure you know what you're getting yourself into and do your research so that you're covered if the item breaks.

My new Power Smart self-propeled mower is a game changer. Easy walk behind mowing. At 75 years old, it gives me the perfect excuse to get my walking exercise AND do something useful. Works great right out of the box, just add oil and gas and get going! Starts very easily.

Lightly used mower (small lawn) on flat terrain. One of the wheels broke off before a year of use. The bag catcher keeps dropping a bit and letting grass blow in between, even with the springs re-adjusted and replaced/re-fitted. Weirdly enough, I've never had a problem with any lawn mower before. i replaced the old one with this one after 6+ years of use. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I wouldn't recommend based on my one experience with ordering this. The 6+ years lawn mower I had before was an $80 online (craigslist or fb marketplace) buy and the value (or the luck) was obviously much better. It was easy to assemble, light weight, and did its job for the few months i used it in its full capacity.
