Got my lawnmower yesterday the height adjustment level was broke off. It was supposed to be a side discharge, mulcher, bagger, but there is no place on the right side for any rest to shoot out of did not get the shoot for the side discharge cannot get anything out of the service but to send it back like I live in the country it's a two-hour trip to send it back through FedEx I'm not very happy.     • Self-Propelled not working
I normally use a riding lawn mower but bought this to use is specific areas I needed a smaller unit to mow. I had only used a few times when the self-propelled feature quit working. Then the rock shield broke off. Now I need to take it and have it fixed. Very disappointed When it worked it was fine, and I selected for the engine. ... show more

This mower isn't for the elderly. lol. It's pretty easy to start and the engine is powerful, however the self- propelled feature once engaged will practically drag you behind it. I'm sure my neighbors got a kick out of watching me running along. The back rubber safety flap didn't last a full day. It was sucked under the mower blade while backing up and dislodged one side. There is no side shoot so without the back flap objects are more apt to fly back at you. Grass catcher bag is too small to use for my size yard. I will use it just to mow around the top of the hill my house sits on and use my lawn tractor to do the rest. ... show more

    • A little disappointed...
Not too impressed with this mower. Slow moving, wheels tend to spin with no traction at times. I feel like I have to push it along. It's difficult to pull backwards which is inevitably required at times. Poor design of the blade height adjustment; the adjustment lever won't stay in place at any particular height.
