I actually like the size of this mower, I feel like it matches the price. Light weight, easy to push especially teaching my 6 year old And getting the job well done is all that matters to me most. Couple of good things I wanna mention is it’s not loud, and I appreciate that the blade was safe still even bringing the mower level all the way down to 1. I was worried about it cuz I have a lot of roots popping up from my yard. My last mower would always grind on the roots on every pass. So I’m happy bout that.

This seems to be a nice mower for our needs. We have a city lot but still enjoy the self propelled to save our backs and arms. It was easy to setup in about 20 minutes or so. And after adding gas and oil, it started with the pull start on the 2nd pull, so seems like easy enough to start up without issue. The cut was fine with the option to blow grass or bag it. The self propelled worked well with quite a bit of pep. Enjoying it so far, will update down the road if I have additional information.

This was my first time using it; the startup was incredibly smooth—it fired up successfully on just the second pull. The power is impressive, too. This was my first time mowing since the onset of winter last year, and the machine handled even the taller sections of the lawn with ease, without any stalling or hesitation. The noise level during operation is not excessive, and the overall stability is excellent. It is definitely a worthwhile purchase.

What can I say ****DO NOT BUY**** I bought this mower on May 5, worked four times to cut the lawn. On June 8th it just died for no apparent reason. I worked with the company that sells this mower, Amerisun which is located in IL. I tried to initiate a return, but Amazon said I had to work with the third part seller, Amerisun. After one week of basic troubleshoot steps such as...Make sure the gas is full, check everything is tight, check the spark plug, check the oil level, check the gas tank. All the communication went through the Amazon Message service. I still have not heard back about a final decision of what they plan to do. In the mean time I did read alot of negative reviews, not just about Amerisun but other companies, Bilt Hazard for example. One thing I noticed most reviews report that the company will try troubleshoot but never follow through. It tells me that the cheap lawn mowers that are being sold here, are part of some type of SCAM. The companies can sell faulty equipment and get away with it, while hiding behind Amazon. My own faulty lawn mower is a prime example, a brand new Mower dies after only 5 weeks that has been used 4 times??!!!! A new mower, even a cheap on, should last one season. So whatever AMERISUN is selling on Amazon IS A SCAM! DO NOT BUY LAWN MOWERS FROM AMERISUN!!

I purchased the PowerSmart Easy Cut 18 inch lawn mower to replace an old Honda mower. At first I was skeptical about how well it would mow my lawn, but it has lived up to all my expectations and more. It’s easy to maneuver. Pushing is a great deal easier than I could imagine. I am glad I chose this mower. The price was right and it does the job well.
