The good: - Start up (press button, squeeze handle) and shut down (release handle) are quick and easy. - Blades are sharp and cuts grass very well. - Grass Catcher Bag and Sidecharge Chute are easy to remove and put back on. - My mower was damaged in transit - not the company's fault and their support staff was terrific in helping me to resolve the issue (i.e. replacement parts). The bad: - The self-propel function (Drive Mode) cannot be shut off without turning off the mower completely. SERIOUS design flaw in my opinion - you should be able to release the Drive Mode handle and the mower should stop moving so you can turn it or whatever...nope. - We have a little less than half an acre to mow - I purchased an extra battery "just in case" and just to cut the front yard I have to use both batteries....then recharge to cut the back (battery is NOT cheap - $279 when I purchased it). - The highest setting for grass height is way to low....if you want to keep your grass higher (i.e. 3" or higher) in dry time, not happening. Bottomline for me: wish I had returned it when I had the chance but I didn't...I'm getting used to the Drive Mode issue kinda but still, for the money, not worth it in my opinion. ... show more

I had grass and weeds about 10 inches high and had to use the side discharge chute and mow it twice, but now looks great and easy to keep up with. I was surprised how well it actually worked with tall grass. Just need an extra battery so I can cut all of my yard in 1 run as I have over a 1/4 acre to mow. ... show more

Nice mower for the price. Battery is not lithium. On product description, battery lasts 40 minutes. Not true for ours. 10 minutes, tops. Battery gets heated/hot, and has to cool before you can charge it again. Mowing our backyard 50’ x 40’ used to take 35-40 min. Now takes most of the afternoon. Charger takes about an hour once the battery cools. We are contacting seller to see about either a second battery which would charge while the other is in the mower, or if perhaps this one is defective. ... show more

Mistake: my return window has closed. I just pulled this out of the box today only to realize that one of the screws to secure the handle is offset by a couple of centimeters so the screw will not fit properly. Do not buy this product. If you do be sure to assemble it when it arrives. I purchased it in October and now I am stuck with a faulty lawnmower. UPDATE: it has been approximately 2 weeks since my initial post. I have not heard from the seller/manufacturer at all despite sending multiple emails and placing numerous calls where I was placed on eternal hold, so this speaks volumes about the type of customer service you can expect. It is 06 April 2023 and I finally used this lawnmower despite not being able to set it up to the suggested specs. My grass was steadily growing and I had no other viable option but you use this lawnmower. I am deeply dissatisfied with this product. It feels like a toy, the grass bag kept detaching from the mower. My yard is not big at all and the was not powerful enough or did not last long enough to finish the job. I think I will just take it to the GoodWill ... show more

I wish I would’ve known this thing cuts off with literally ANY ground that’s not completely flat. It’s a decent mower but I had it cut off over 20 times on me today. Not fun.
