Not liking the rear wheel drive , it's hard to turn. After 18 months mower finally die, even though i did all necessary tune up. Not a good brand , i will go back to craftsman.

Installed handle attachment bolts thru handle into factory installed well nuts/blind nuts, within first hour of use factory installed nuts pulled through plastic base leaving handle un-attached to base and mower Not useable. Got in touch with Manufacturer and they sent me some flat washers to install behind plastic where factory nuts pulled out, I haven’t installed the flat washers yet, I believe this will only be a temporary fix and handle will come in-attached again because attachment point is into a thin plastic base that has a Big hole pulled through it already. Should have a better base attachment material.

The mower runs great. The height adjustment is poorly designed and made of plastic that doesn’t hold well. The speed is not adjustable but works well.

First time I used the mower the handles ripped out of their holding spot. So there is no way to push the mower .. the handles just fold up over the front. Then the bag seam split out. Still arguing about returning. Just a really difficult process and I would hate to have someone else go through the trouble and stress that I have. Don’t buy this product. It is crap!!!
