Received my new mower yesterday B8721S2 - took it out for a spin this morning - short assembly, notice this model is a No Prime, No Fuel Cutoff Valve, No Stop Switch other than the handle, and no other throttle control other than holding down the stop/start bar as usual. Once got the handle up and in place, filled with oil and filled with gas - held down the start/stop bar, pulled the recoil starter handle and we were off to the races, on about a 3/4 pull. The speed of the self propell part is a little fast on solid surfaces, but in the grass provides more than enough pull to get it thru the thickets of grasses - all in all works pretty good.

I am so disappointed with this product. Due to personal reasons, I was unable to address this item again as my wife became ill. I was told that I should take this to a B&S repair shop in Brooklyn, NY as no dealers in my immediate area will even try to resolve the problem being that upon start up the engine can not be controled and the highest speed is creating problems as then I engage the control shaft, order to use the rear wheel drive, it almost pulls one's arm and can create problems with the arm sockets, including pain. I am forced to use a lawn mower service. Are there any options can apply for. Be Safe, Jerry

This mower is awesome! Starts every time on 1st pull. It will literally pull you all over the yard. I've had zero issues with this mower.

Good mower. Solid grass cutter. Rear drive stopped working after 3months of weekend service. Manufacturer's Customer Service responded quickly to my request for help and sent a repair part. Thank you PowerSmart. I'd purchase from you guys anytime. My experience was 5 star rating.

We used this mower for 6 months, now it won't turn on. Went through basic troubleshooting, did nothing, so we called on the warranty. They said they can send me to a shop within 50 miles of my address. The closest one is 44 miles away. So, 88 miles to drop it off and another 88 miles to pick it up. I personally don't have 2 days to waste trying to get a junk lawnmower to function the way it should after only using it six times. Do not buy. Update- The company has sent me six locations to take the mower and all six have told me they don't work with this company or this mower. I now have to pay out of pocket for it to be fixed and hope that they reimburse me. Considering the prior interactions I'm not hopeful.

I just needed a rather inexpensive mower to get to areas my riding mower can't, and this fits the bill after extensive research. Very easy to set up - about 5 minutes. Manuel's are worthless. Fill with gas & provided oil and go. Started on one pull - unbelievable! I have had Toro's and Honda's and one pull would be rare. Loud, quick and plenty of power. Plan on taking care of it with oil changes and draining gas in winter. If it breaks down, I will update.

I love this mower! I have bought much more expensive push mowers and they don’t compare with this one. It started up right out of the box with one pull and every other time I’ve used it. The self-propeller moves much faster than previous mowers, but I get my mowing done quicker! The blades are sharp and cut very cleanly. The bagger is easy to remove and empty, but seems a little smaller than I’m used to. It isn’t too loud when running.
