Powerful Snowblower
This was a great experience. I bought this on sale on December 20, 2025 when my old snow blower stopped working, and I needed a replacement fast. First of all, assembling the PowerSmart 18-Inch Corded Electric Snow Blower was easy. It was 90% assembled. I just had to assemble the chute, and secure the cord. Second, this quite powerful compared to our old snowblower. It removes 800 lbs of snow per minute. My old snow blower removed around 600 lbs of snow per minute. The wheels and chute turn easy. The snowblower is pretty light and easy to carry with the handle attachment. The cord length is about right. The only thing different that I plan to do is use black tape to secure the cord in place at the handle a little bit better than the clips that came with it. As far as cleaning goes, this isn't an issue. The snowblower cleans itself through the snow in Montana. It seems like a sturdy, durable snowblower that rivals other major players in the industry. I think this is good value for the money and is deal for anyone living in town for cleaning driveways, patios, and sidewalks. I know from experience it will remove up to 8" of snow at a time easy.

Great for clearing a deck.
Well packed and fairly easy to assemble, just a couple of clicks on the discharge chute and tighten up 4 screws on the handle bar. The electric cord is a bit cumbersome but I need a little more experience with it. I would give it 5 stars, but I'm not convinced it actually throws 30 feet, 15-20 more like it and the snow was light. Overall, I'd buy it again.

Love this little beast, clears to pavement
This thing is a power horse and oh so easy to use. My primary goal was I wanted to get down to the pavement and oh does it ever. Just had 4-6" of heavy snow and did my drive and pad in less than an hour. 3/4 car pad plus a 120' drive (on hill), would have been less if a car did not compact the snow. I also own a heavy-duty high end gas snowblower that was 10x the cost and find it a heavy beast making any light job (snow fall under 1') just so much work. The road plow burm was also navigable with 1/3- 1/2 passes. Noise is okay, a mid level. Only wish was a lock or clamp at the plug as It does disconnect easily. It can get to the pavement even after a car has compacted snow (not as easy as no compact but it can with a slow pass). The throwing is surprisingly far, it does have a bit of left and right throw rotation when aiming forward (my only complaint, but I can get over that. LOVE LOVE LOVE and please snow more. So easy that one can haul to every property in a compact car (or bike) or just buy one for each. I can see where the pads might wear and it may not effectively clear to the pavement over time but at this cost, buying one every season would be fine (just wasteful).

So far so good
My old electric snow blower died after many years of service, but unfortunately winter was not over and I needed to replace it immediately. This one was priced much lower than most others, so although I was suspicious about its quality, it was available and I did not want to shovel so I took a chance and I am glad I did. It worked well and cleared up our 18" snowfall. All of these electrics are more like vacuuming than the way you use a gas machine, so you may have to go over an area several times but it will get the job done at a fraction of the cost. My driveway is small, just big enough for four cars, and this machine did the job.

Works better than expected
This thing actually works really well. I wasn’t expecting much, but it handled my driveway with no problem. Plenty of power for fresh snow and it throws it far enough so you’re not redoing the same spots. It’s light, easy to use, and setup took basically no time. I like that it’s corded — just plug it in and go, no gas or battery hassle. Overall, great buy for the price. Definitely makes snow cleanup less annoying.
