I purchased this snow blower last year, kind of by accident...I had meant to order the gas version and when I went to cancel, it was too late, so I thought I'll give it a try. It worked pretty well the first year, but we have a very light winter and only about 4-5 times did I have to use it. When I went to use it this year, it did not work. It took about 6 months of going back and forth with customer service to get a reply and a partial refund Iwhich I have not received yet. They say it will take 30-60 days). They voided the warranty and asked that I dispose of the unit. I am out the purchase price and had to purchase a new snowblower, as I live in the midwest where snow is an inevitability. I feel they did not honor the 2 year warranty. If something breaks under the warranty period, it should be a full replacement or refund and this did not happen. I will not purchase PowerSmart again.

Thia does not come with the battery or charger. You can find the battery but not the charger so it is worthless same your money don't buy this one unless you are looking for a yard ornament

Wife got this for me in winter for a late Xmas gift just in time for the massive amounts of late winter snow. Learning how to use it was not too bad. It seems a bit quirky when I start it up and when using it but now I know better how to wrestle it around. Handled some deep snow up to 12 inches. The best part is it ate through the nasty snowplow berms fairly easily which I was unsure it was robust enough to handle. The plow drivers in St. Paul do a good job of burying the end of the drive so I was happy it handled that for me. In my late sixties so the less I have to shovel the better. Thx Hon it has made winter in the tundra a lot easier

I bought the previous version of this machine and it worked fine until water got onto the mother board and froze. Some basic water resistant measures could have prevented this but they cheaped out. I have been back and forth with them for going on 2 years now. Dropped it off at a licensed dealer and they can't get anywhere either. they take forever to respond and when they finally do pay attention, they send the wrong parts! I would gladly take my money back and get a machine that won't break when exposed to water, but they won't refund me. So I'll go through another winter in Buffalo NY with just a snow shovel. Thanks so much PowerSmart.

This was easy to assemble and as easy to use ! I've used it several times for different types of snow up to 5" so far and it worked great !
