Wife got this for me in winter for a late Xmas gift just in time for the massive amounts of late winter snow. Learning how to use it was not too bad. It seems a bit quirky when I start it up and when using it but now I know better how to wrestle it around. Handled some deep snow up to 12 inches. The best part is it ate through the nasty snowplow berms fairly easily which I was unsure it was robust enough to handle. The plow drivers in St. Paul do a good job of burying the end of the drive so I was happy it handled that for me. In my late sixties so the less I have to shovel the better. Thia does not come with the battery or charger. You can find the battery but not the charger so it is worthless same your money don't buy this one unless you are looking for a yard ornament

I bought the previous version of this machine and it worked fine until water got onto the mother board and froze. Some basic water resistant measures could have prevented this but they cheaped out. I have been back and forth with them for going on 2 years now. Dropped it off at a licensed dealer and they can't get anywhere either. they take forever to respond and when they finally do pay attention, they send the wrong parts! I would gladly take my money back and get a machine that won't break when exposed to water, but they won't refund me. So I'll go through another winter in Buffalo NY with just a snow shovel.
