Why did you pick this product vs others?: I wanted to try battery instead of using a gas lawnmower and let me tell you I have had no luck since I bought this lawnmower. It came with just the lawnmower and a handle no battery no charger no sheet,no grass catcher basket this is the second part of my review since I bought this product four months ago as you can read in the beginning, it didn’t come with anything then they replaced it and their replacement as you can see in the photos. The grass flies all over the place. The catch does not stay closed. I was told they were going to send me a a spring that it’s missing never received it. It’s been over a month and a half and the battery slips out of the secure pocket in 80 V battery slips out of the secure pocket and they’re trying to justify that by telling me that I should use a hot air gun on the clip so it will stay up so the battery doesn’t slip out or I can purchase another clip which I’ll have to dismantle the entire lawn lawnmower would fix it instead of owning up to their second defective lawnmower that they send me instead of replacing it again. These are not my mistakes. It’s their company mistakes that they are not owning up to. They just keep sending me letters and letters stating that they’re gonna do something about it and they don’t. Would I ever buy from this company absolutely not…. do not waste your 💰 and it’s a shame that they don’t honor this product and rectify their mistake to the consumer

The mower itself is a great little machine. I purchased it after having a gas mower for years that I could never keep running (I'm a widow and have no gas engine knowledge). The battery has enough life to complete my front and back yard which is awesome. The rear protective flap did break immediately, first use, and I left a message with their service number with no response which is why I give a 4 star.

I read the manual unpacked charged the battery and went to mow pressed in the red dial brought the red bar back and all of a sudden thought there was an explosion in the neighborhood. I couldn’t jump enogh to get out of the way from flying parts. It barely missed my leg and foot This is a very dangerous mower Not safe. Requesting a FREE pickup and Full Refund

I am very satisfied with this product.There was absolutely no damage to any parts. It came on time. It most very easily. The only precaution I would take is, if there are any missing parts., do not contact the phone number in the manual. I was on hold for an hour and told they could not help me. I ended up finding the simple nut I needed, in the battery compartment.
