The media could not be loaded. Powersmart 8OV 21", Model #PS76821 The 80V battery charged and powered the mower fine, but it was cutting very badly and absolutely no grass in the bag. Upon inspection I found that the blade turned clockwise (looking at the mower on its side), see the first few seconds of the video. The dull side of the blade was hitting the grass, and even if it could be flipped (it can’t), the blade needs to go counterclockwise to push the grass into the chute properly. Taking the blade off revealed that the blade bolt has standard threads (see the rest of the video) not reverse threads as the diagram would have you believe and was (is?) the norm for gas powered mowers so that the counterclockwise spinning of the blade doesn’t loosen the bolt. After separating the motor from the body of the mower, I found that the wires to the blade motor appear crossed as green goes to yellow and the yellow to green (Pic 1). Note also, that the blade bolt has a fully integrated nylon cover, not a nylon cap as listed in the manual. I first tried to pop off this nylon “cap” to no avail. Since the diagram right in front of me (and my past experience) was telling me that the blade bolt had reverse threads I proceeded to round the edges of the integrated nylon cover. Perhaps the nylon covering helps the bolt with this issue, but it has been my experience that blade bolts rust, given the moist environment under the mower, and can be quite difficult to remove . So I would think that once the mower gets older (and perhaps sits over winter) that the nylon covered bolt would quickly get rounded edges when the time comes to sharpen the blade a time or two. I will be returning for a full refund as I have already bought an EGO electric mower at Lowe’s, and the blade turns in the correct counterclockwise direction. The blade bolt is oddly also standard threads as the manual correctly states.

Excellent quality! Have only used it once so far but very happy with the ease of use and how it cuts my grass. So far the battery life is around 45-50 minutes.

Good lawn mower. There are Pros & Cons. Pros: Easy to put together, mows as smooth as butter. Low decibels in noise. Blades cut well. I set at level 2 and it mows perfectly. For a cleaner grass cut setting, set it to 3, I think setting 1 is way too low. Battery charged fast. I would not leave the battery charging unwatched, since this is a lithium battery. Remove battery after use and do not store in a hot area like the garage or outside. Store charger and battery in a cool dry place and keep the battery separated from the charger. Run time is up to 40 minutes is my understanding although I have not fully tested run time. If you have a larger lawn, be aware to either have another charged battery on hand or wait until your only single battery is re-charged. Easy quick start!! Con’s: Smaller than normal grass catch bag. You must lift lawn mower slightly off grass when starting, so blades don’t catch on the grass. If you start on the concrete, no need to lift the lawn mower. Grass from the lawn does not all fully go Into the grass catch bag. If the grass catch bag is removed for emptying, do so over the lawn to avoid grass spillovers on the concrete. Plastic rim around and under cover of battery can easily break due to thin plastic. I give this lawnmower 4 out of 5 stars for the above reasons. Hope this helps.

Yeah I probably going to return it because the back of the plastic bottom it got it got caught on the blades so he's cut up everything in the bottom oh what kind of upset I like this little more but not for that price and you got to watch how you're cut the grass sometimes it drain your battery fast

The Best! Better than a gas mower! Battery last over 2 hours! Fast charging battery also! Should be rated over 5 stars! Will be ordering another one! You won’t be disappointed. Easy to push and fast! Also it’s very easy to clean. Since I switched to a battery mower, cutting grass has not affected my allergies or sinuses. This Picture is after I cut it, was cut lower but rain came.

What a piece of garbage. It’s very difficult to empty the bag. The battery life is a joke . At a full charge it only did the parkway about 75’ and about seven passes one way . I would return it , if only I’d saved the box. My suggestion is DO NOT BUY THIS .
