When I opened the Box and looked inside at the 'New' Lawn Mower, the first thing I noticed was on the top of the Red painted Steel Deck of the mower -located just in front of the Black Engine base location- there was what looked like a large area that had a rough/bubbled rusted spot - approx. 6-8 inches long and 2-3 inches wide - that appeared to have rusted - even though the Lawn Mower showed no sign of having been used - a coat of the Red paint reapplied (basically painted over) this damaged area - without any sanding of the rust spot being done to cosmetically prior to repainting the product for selling online.

I needed a good quality mower and this one did not disappoint. It was easy to complete the minimal assembly when I unboxed it. It cuts my yard like a professional did the work. It's not noisy at all and built solid. The self propel option is amazing; it's literally doing the work for you. Highly recommend!!

This is a very cheaply made mower. After the first use, the handle came off. We had to go to the hardware store to get new bolts and special locking nuts to hold it on. The tires are cheap, thin plastic that looks like they belong on a toy. We don’t use a grass catcher so the only option is to tie up the flap because there is no chute for the grass to come out. We had to tie up the big flap so the grass comes out but it blows all over the person pushing!!! It’s a very poor design, and cheap materials, I would have sent it back but after using it, that was not really an option. I doubt it will last 1 season.

I haven't shopped for a mower in 15 years, but it was time as my last mower was tired. I went looking at my local big box store and was shocked to find that they didn't carry a single gas-powered mower (CA). My yard can get pretty rough, thick weeds and gopher mounds, so I need a tough mower. The battery powered models are all plastic it seems. So I went with this one, partly because of the good reviews, (only 4 reviews when I bought it) and also because it was the only one with an all-steel deck. So I hurried and ordered it, before it was too late. It arrived and like others said, nothing to assemble, just took it out of the box, unfolded/tightened the handle, added oil and gas and it fired on the first pull. It cut the lawn with ease; the self propelled feature is nice, I've never had that before although I look at extra features as more things that can break. Hopefully parts are readily available and will be for a long time, but who knows? But for now, based on first impressions, I am very pleased with this purchase.

Its started on first try it’s looks good but I can tell that the quality is light also I had a hard time keeping it in highest settings because there a bolt that gets in the way of the handle I had to use a zip tie to hold it in place lm going to fix that I’m keeping it the lawnmower and hope not thing else is wrong with it I only use it once so far

This mower cut the grass effectively. It does not like to be turned or guided. The powered rear wheels easily spin free on slightly wet grass. It will climb stones or bricks into flower beds or other places where the blade may hit durable objects. The grass bag will easily overfill, and when full, the self-propelled mower becomes a push mower. I would avoid this mower unless you are strong and want a workout.
