Love this thing. My only regret is I wish i went bigger. Easy set up out of the box and she started right up. Could not have been happier/surprised and it got even better as i used it. Super easy to use self propelled and easy to take out and empty the trimming bag. light weight good on gas, really have nothing to complain about very happy and would highly recommend. Over a year later beating it up pretty good but everything still works just fine. Try to keep up mowing once a week in reality its probably every 2-3 weeks. ... show more

good price.came fully assembled which was great.just take out of box and extend handle and tighten wing nuts.but just 1 problem,blade was as dull as a butter knife,did 2 strips of grass mowing and couldnt even see where id mowed,height was set at lowest level to,got out old mower and went over same area and it cut it right up,that mower was set at same height to..stopped with this mower,unplugged spark plug,tilted mower up and looked at blade,felt it and it wasnt sharp at all,like a butter knife.had trouble getting blade off because it was so tightly put on but finally got it.neighbor came over and took blade home and sharpened it.came back 5 minutes later and blade was now sharp,he even had cut himself,saw a few higher blades of grass in area and went over them and they were chopped up just fine.thats my only complait,extremely dull blade.otherwise i like mower.ready to go right out of box pretty much,except,sharpen these blades on these things.dull as can be. ... show more

The very first time I used the mower the nobs holding the handle fell off. I handmade sure they were on there tight. I was lucky and found them, just to have them fall off the next time I mowed. I couldn't find them at that point. I got on the PowerSmart website and tried to buy replacements which I couldn't find. I bought some from the hardware store to use. I also have zip ties on the handles in case the knobs vibrate off again. I paid good money for this mower and I'm very unhappy with it. ... show more

Had been looking for a non self propelled mower for awhile and this has been perfect so far. Great value for the price and because it's lighter - I managed to reduce my total mow time by 15 minutes, compared to my old heavy self propelled lawnmower. Easy to setup, started on the first pull. The only negative as others have noted, putting oil in was a pain - get a funnel and problem solved. ... show more

    • Easy to use and powerful enough for thick grass.
The mower is for my daughter. She has a small and her battery mower wasn't cutting the grass nice enough. Thick lawn. It starts easy for her and handles her grass very nicely. She is very satisfied with it.
