This rating is based on the functionality of the mower and the customer service. The first lawnmower I received had a damaged wheel, presumably due to handling. When I reported this to customer service they immediately sent a replacement. The lawnmoverworks well and is easy to use.

The metal clip came off that holds the wire that starts the engine to the bar that needs to be held to start the engine. Even if I were able to find that clip in my yard, it doesn’t appear that it could be reattached sufficiently to work properly. I got about six mows in before the mower broke. It was fine up until then, but I don’t recommend anyone purchasing based on questionable reliability and quality.

Overall, this PowerSmart 22” self-propelled gas mower works well. It’s a Briggs & Stratton motor, so I wasn’t concerned about motor performance. It arrived completely assembled, all you need to do is unfold the handle and tighten the hand screws. Easy! Setting the height is extremely easy. (1) handle adjust ALL (4) wheels. Very convenient and quick. The deck is solid metal and the only plastic is at the rear, bagging area. I used it to mow an abundant amount of leaves I couldn’t get to last year. I was very satisfied with the mulching. I would attribute it to the 150cc motor, the self-propelled speed and the enclosed deck. There is no speed adjustment for the self propelled feature. It makes mowing easy but runs very slow. This 150cc will consume furl faster and will likely burn oil faster, but the power is worth it to me. (2) pulls, after unpacking and prepping, hot it started. (1) pull the next two mows. No priming, love it. I did not see a place to hook up a hose for cleaning the deck interior, so it will be interesting to see if it builds up debri and how easy it will be to clean. The overall feel of the handle (gripping) is ok and feels a bit awkward while mowing. Something to get used to. No major issues or concerns at this time. Only (3) mows in though. If anything changes I will definitely update the post.

5 Stars super powerful if you have weeds and grass like I do on my 10 acre property, I've only used it for two days and it has tackled everything I threw at this mower think 4 foot weeds and only stalled twice, It mulches without clogging is fairly economical on the fuel. The wheel drive is spot on and 10inch wheels in back added bonus. I been using it on the highest level setting for cutting my jungle, however if you are cutting grass be sure to set it at the highest setting and work your way down so as not to scalp all your good effort.

I assembled the mower, put the oil in, then the gas. It fired up on the 3rd pull. I proceeded to cut the grass , it it a great job. I'm 76 years old and the only negative is I usually walk a little faster than the mower propels itself. Maybe I should think about slowing down a little anyway.

the quality checks failed because the right rear self propelled wheel is bent inward as you can see and box was not damaged which means someone put it in the box with this bent wheel! That said after I straightened it out oiled and fueled it it started right up, not sure if it’s me but the motor sounds weak for 170cc it does cut decently but be cautious when buying I wouldn’t recommend them because they require you to keep their box in case you need to send it back for repair and it was delivered with roaches in it along with the bent wheel and that’s nasty and bad practice to have a person put this in the box as it’s visibly bent

AWESOME!!! The self propelled is a little slow paced but I'm 6'4". The height adjustment is a little loose but TOTALLY correctable. I just used a file to give it a larger lip.
