Love that the thing comes basically fully assembled, had to pop the wheels on of course and stick the arm into the sockets (the part you actually hold while pushing) instructions are seriously simple a child could do it (provided you let them play with Legos occasionally) my fam has used this since the beginning of the summer for '24 and it's worked like a charm, it's a good amount of horse power and surprisingly easy to maneuver with the back wheel drive (feels a little funny the first time using it because it almost speeds away from you but it's really not too much to control, myself being taller it goes smoothly with my pacing and my dad being closer to average height neither of us had issues) not to mention it's a solid red colour and the appearance is about what you'd expect for a good quality mower. I anticipate getting at least 15 years out of the thing with being kept indoors when not in use (garage space or shed) would recommend if you aren't interested in getting an electric mower this one will def get the job done.

The mower arrived quickly and it had everything it was supposed to have. I noticed while putting it into operation the plastic nuts on the handle holding it together could not be made more cheaply. Super thing plastic and clearly not up to the snuff of long term viability. 3/4ths of the way through my backyard, maybe half an acre in size, one of the red "nuts" fell off and the handle separated. I could not find the "nut" in the yard after looking for ten minutes and walking all around. I will just insert a real bolt and nut with a locking washing. The mower company saved a penny or two not including locking washers and using plastic "nuts." The good. The mower started on first pull. The mower had plenty of hp to power through the yard on its first mowing of the year. The speed of the self-propelled was quick. I could barely stay with it due to my back problems. the mower was great, outside the heavy reliance upon substandard plastic components that will not hold up. I will replace all the plastic pieces of junk with metal components. Customer service has been very responsive and I cannot complain about that. They have gone above and beyond to make my mower right, but I already solved the problem with a bolt and nut on my own. I will say this, their customer service has been quick, but the mower is the cheapest and least durable item I may have ever purchased in my life. New update. The mower was used for a second time. The handle stayed together with my replacement bolts, but one of the bolts holding on a rear tire broke in half and the wheel is now canted sideways. Never in my life have I seen such cheap materials. Please do not buy this mower. It is made from the cheapest materials you can get and it will not last. The mower is junk.

I love this mower pump the bulb twice. Pull record twice, it cranks right up, and it cuts really high grass without bogging the self-propelled portion. It goes over high grass, no problems, and it's just the right speed. I love it, I wish I bought it years ago. Get one if you won't be unhappy

I was very impressed by the quality of this unit upon arrival, especially for the cost. Once I put the oil (supplied) and gas in after the quick and easy set up. It started up on the second pull after 5 quick prime. It has since started on one pull the 7 times after the first start. I really like the single point height adjustment. One location raised and lowered all 4 wheels, as opposed to what is shown in the video. The only possible improvement I would like to have seen is how the oil dipstick mounts. It just pushes in but I, personal preference, would have liked to see a quick screw on / off. Great price, highly surprised by the quality and really like the quick release on the handle to allow for the handles to fold and collapse.

I bought because it is full of great features. Out of the box, the deck height adjustment bracket was bent badly. Customer service did not respond to emails but Amazon did. Amazon REPLACED the mower. Second mower was perfect! Easy to assemble. Started on first attempt, runs great. Replacement mower instead of return or refund. I has to disassemble the wheel and drive to fix the bracket. Once fixed, I installed the oil and added gasoline. Following mfg instructions, the mower would start and quit, indicating a carburetor issue. The Replacement mower is perfect.

This lawnmower is a piece of crap First off, you can’t cut grass without using the bagger otherwise it jams up underneath and starts burning up the engine. Second off you have to stop the lawnmower every time you need to empty the bag and then it won’t restart until it’s cooled off. I am a 63-year-old woman and I have never had an issue with a starter that you pulled to start until I met this lawnmower. It’s already lost screws and they’re in the grass somewhere and I can’t find them so now I’ve gotta go to the store and buy new screws for a brand new lawnmower. It’s just a horrible product. I’m so disappointed and it’s nothing but a pain in the ss. I regret not spending $100 more and getting a better product from a better manufacturer.

I'm giving thing a 2 star ONLY because it cuts good. That's about it. The description and pictures are different than what I received. The description and pictures show and say 3in1 Mower. Bagging, mulching, side discharge. This does not have a side discharge. Not too important for some, but important for me. Sometimes I mow thick taller grass. With a side discharge I won't have to mess with emptying the bag, nor would I bog down the mower while it struggles to mulch the tall thick grass. It would just spit it out the side and off I'd go.. LOUD!!! I have never had such a LOUD running mower. You need ear protection. I've never had to use ear protection with a basic homeowner mower. Industrial quality maybe. But for this type of mower it is ridiculously LOUD... For those who want to get out there earlier in the morning to mow so you can enjoy the rest of your day.. FORGET ABOUT IT. You'll be p!$$!ng 0?? Your neighbors. You know the ones who would like to sleep in a bit on their day off.. Can't blame them, because this thing is LOUD... the height adjustment is easy to use, but... Comes with a sacrifice. The wheel mount design is not that good because of the ease of adjustment feature. Not a very solid mount. Don't worry though, them front wheel mounts come pre-bent for your convenience. Both front wheels point in opposite directions. Weak looking 3 spoke wheels, thin plastic on the inside of the wheels just waiting to break. No rubber on the wheels, just a plastic wheel. When I unboxed this mower and saw no side discharge, I should have stopped then and there and sent it back. But I needed a mower fairly fast. I didn't want to pay power equipment store prices nor department store price for cr@p. We'll I received the department store "quality" cr@p... I unboxed it, filled it with fuel and dumped the oil in the crankcase and pulled the rope.. Holey smokes the noise this thing makes for just a mower is unbelievable. Too late to send it back now... I done started it.. Did I mention that it's LOUD? Now for the odd quirk. Yes it goes at a fairly fast pace when you pull that go lever, but... When you turn fairly sharp corner the dang thing picks up speed. Not the motor running faster, the mower itself just takes off when you do a sharp turn. Good thing it has that safety lever that kills the engine when you let go of it. Dangerous... If you need to do a 180 and go the opposite direction or turn a corner you'd better remember to release that GO lever because the mower will yank itself right out of your hands. That's the rear wheel drive design I thought would be great. Well with a front drive design you just push down on the handle lifting the front wheels off the ground spinning the mower around the opposite direction and off you go again.. DON'T DO THAT... The mower will depart from your grip. The only benefit of the rear drive design is going up an incline. The mower weight transfers to the rear wheels and pulls the hill by itself with no extra push needed. Opposite of the front drive design that transfers the weight off the front tires and you need to push to get up the incline. The trade off of the two different designs makes this mower a handful to maneuver around corners and change directions a bit dangerous. Don't let the younger kids use it.. I'm kicking myself in the @$$ for not leaving this thing in the box and returning it... Save yourself the headache from the terrible design and the literal headache from the LOUD noise this thing makes while running. Buy a different mower. Ignore this thing. Don't give it a second look.. Keep on scrolling to a better design.. I really dislike this mower. I'm still kicking myself....

This mower works great and cuts very well. The only downside is that the power cable that operates the self-propelled part of the mower keeps snapping right where it hooks. It has broken on me TWICE in less than one year. I am not rough on my things. I am not strong. I am an old lady who can't even open a sealed jar. CERTAINLY I did not snap the cable myself. It is a flaw in the mower. Other than that it's a great mower. Just be aware that you will have to order replacement parts and wait weeks for them to arrive, and then have to pay someone to install it unless you can do it yourself, which I can't do.
