Our new lawn mower arrived 2 days early and in great condition! Thanks UPS. We checked our instructions and were delighted to find it was easy to assemble. Starts on the first or second pull. It cuts very well. We have about a 1 1/2 acre yard and it tends to be wet (swampy). The tires did not get great traction in the really wet areas, but everywhere else it did just fine. The self-propel is very responsive. Also, a note**, they recommend you use regular 10W-30 oil, which was different from my previous mower, which had a combination of oil and gas mix. This is more convenient, as I can get that anywhere. Also, took advantage of the five payment plan, no interest, any credit card. That was a big help!

Like I said, the lift lever was found in the bottom of the box. We bought this in February and it's past time to return. The box arrived undamaged so we assumed everything was OK. The mower has no damage to explain how this lever broke off. The wheels. The deck are perfect. Now, let the fun begin. I call customer service. It has a 2 year warranty. Well I need to register it before I can order the part. So, I make a second call and send them the receipt and information they need. Now, I don't know if and when they will send the part. But on closer inspection, this part was riveted on. There's no way I can get the end out to put a new one In. The wheel will have to be taken off and the broken piece remaing drilled out. This is factory work. I can't do this myself. I don't have the tools. My husband and I are not in the best of health. That's why I wanted self propelled. It's a small yard and I thought it would be manageable. It would if the mower worked. Well it does. I bought gas and oil and started it up before realizing there was no way to lift the deck. It started the first pull. I worked in small engine parts and repair. Mowers were the main business along with chainsaws. I know the work needed here. It's not an easy fix. Meanwhile, my grass has that spring growth spurt going on. So I was faced with hiring a lawn service or getting another mower. I rented one just to get my lawn in order before the city slaps a fine on me. Yes, they do that here. And the one I rented did a fine job. The best first cut I've ever seen. I did all this after coming home from work. It was a long day but had to be done. I'll update if it's needed. But that's my story with this mower. It does start on a dime. I'll give it that. But I'm not happy being out $400.00.

Comes pretty much put together, just tighten up the handle and add oil. Looks great and well built. It does weigh a bit though. I'm going to mow later will update this review! We'll I used it today and got to say, it cuts nice, the self propelled mower does a great job and isn't too slow maybe going up a slope it's slow otherwise it's not bad. Used about a half tank of gas for 1/2 and acre or a bit more. Started with one pull several times after dumping the bag and first start. Cut even and straight lines although self propelled wheels will spin sometimes on wet or light misted grass. Cleans up rather easily with a hose after mowing. It does weigh a bit to move around without the self propelled wheels moving. Overall I'd recommend and buy this mower again runs smoothly and isn't too loud, but is a gas mower so it's louder than an electric mower!

With minimal use there has been several cosmetic issues with this mower. The paint is peeling off with the stickers just with a normal water hose to get all the additional grass scraps off. The rubber guard underneath completely fell off the first use. With less than a quarter acre if you have to stop the mower is so hot you have to let it sit for half an hour or more so that you can restart the mower. It is easy start not difficult to pull. The self propel is not difficult to follow behind. When not using bag to retrieve clippings and plastic flap properly open it clogs easily with dry grass clipping. The mower has only been used 4 times thus far

It has no problem cutting tall and hard clumps of grass. The self propelled feature seems to work great and makes cutting way easier. It also starts with ease and is easy to use overall. The blade seems to be in good shape even after hitting some branches, and still cuts great after alot of use. The only slight downside is that the wheels are plastic and dont have as much grip as rubber wheels, but you could probably replace them. Also, I wish the gas tank was a bigger, but it has good gas efficiency and I couldnt complain for the price. Overall, it's great, inexpensive and fun to use. No problems as of now, and has no trouble cutting alot of grass.

I ordered this lawnmower through Amazon, and I was so disappointed because like other reviews, the lover that raises and lowers, the deck was broke off. I immediately called the company rather than Amazon to see if I could get a replacement part they were on back order. So I then called Amazon and the representative that I visited with was more than helpful. He offered me a full refund and keep the lawnmower or I could keep the lawnmower and he’d send me a new one free of charge. I wasn’t really expecting that, but it was more than what most companies do. I do like the lawnmower, especially for the price point. It does a great job and it’s easy to start up usually on the first pole.

Purchased 3/25/2026. Only been used 5 times. 2nd time my husband used it the pieces that hold the flap on the mower broke off. Paint under the deck is already coming off and now it will start but will not stay running. I reached out to the company and this is their response. Thank you for choosing Powersmart! Per our conversation, you may elect to get your unit serviced for the starting issue. Although Powersmart has service centers across North America, unfortunately we couldn’t locate one within 50 miles of you. Since we weren't, you may opt to take your unit to be serviced out of network to receive a diagnosis. They may charge you a diagnostic fee, which we will reimburse you accordingly, upon receiving the diagnostic and confirming the issue is a manufacturing defect. • Pickup and delivery of your unit is not included within the warranty program • Servicing/repair of the carburetor regarding stale/old fuel and improper lubrication, will not be covered under the manufacturer's warranty • Any adjustments considered "operator maintenance" such as cable adjustments and/or replacing shear pins are not covered either Once we confirm the issue, we will provide the most cost-effective resolution under the manufacturer’s warranty. You can take it to any of your choosing. Please call prior to taking your unit and confirm they can repair it, but you will need to send us the diagnostic to approve it. As a side note, your warranty registration is completed. My husband and I are on a very fixed income and to already have to pay out of pocket expenses on a product we have had barely 4 months and used 5 times on our little yard is just ridiculous!

Where should I start, overall this was the most easiest process ever. For that price, it was worth every penny. Wasn’t hard to put together, plus after putting it together and using it the maneuverability is so efficient specially if you got a hill.
