I liked this so much that I gifted it to five different people and bought myself another one after the first one broke. I read the warranty and contacted customer support. The warranty is a lifetime. Just remember what you read. lifetime that means as long as it works it is covered. Once it is broken, it is no longer covered. I asked for a replacement, but they would not even respond to my request. When this one breaks, I will buy one from another company. I do not recommend it because of the customer support. without customers, you don't make money.

I've had this milk frother for a year and a few months and have used it daily. It does a great job, is very comfortable to use and easy to clean - and I love the included stand. But it just stopped working one day, so I contacted the seller to see if they would honor their lifetime warranty - and they did, no hassles, just asked for a pic of the defective unit. So, for ten bucks, with a lifetime warranty, I think this is an awesome product and I give it five stars!

I bought several of these the last 2-3yrs and have gifted them to many. My mother’s stopped working after a few months and the PowerLix team was great helping troubleshoot, and then determined it didn’t work and sent a new one. Shockingly and surprisingly the Amazon package was torn and only an open enveloped was delivered. They fixed it immediately and sent another. Come to May 2023 and mine won’t work at all. Changed the batteries, fixed the prongs and nothing. Customer service asked for my order details and after I sent them, and several more follow up emails, I haven’t heard from the in two months. No idea. Great product, was excited about their great service but mixed another it now.

I bought two of these. I love how nice they look sitting out on my kitchen counter top. The little stand is great and the frother does a really nice job on frothing milk, making salad dressings, etc. I also like that the batteries are replaceable, though it was a little hard placing the batteries.

This has been a game changer for all my drinks. Froth's like a champ and mixes perfectly. Bought 2 one for travel/work and one for the coffee bar at home. UPDATE: After a few uses stopped working consistently. So disappointed but on a good note the original one I bought is still going strong. Maybe Amazon Prime price was for the defective products. 🤷

Does anyone else have this problem? It runs great until it hits any liquid then it shuts off Am I doing something wrong or is this broken? This is an update on my review. Apparrety the batteries I had in the frother were not strong enough to keep it going in the creamer but I bought new batteries and it’s lie night ad day! Frothed up the entire thing and completely filled a cup with foam. Love it! .. it’s a good thing because customer service sucks and never responded to any means of contact
