This is the perfect gift for husbands who have everything! This torch made lighting a fire fun. It takes a bit of finesse to learn how to get it started, you want to have the knob barely on when you start clicking it to light, then when a small flame is coming you you can turn it up and even start WET firewood. The gas flow is easy to regulate, the hotter the better for lasting catches. This sturdy campfire pal has been dropped and there was no visible damage. After 30 days on the road, about 10 fires (2 with very wet wood) we were very pleased with the results. The small propane containers last longer than I expected it to.

Looks pretty cool. Works well with the smaller camping size propane tanks. I’m not sure if it says in the LIMITED instructions provided but, I would definitely unhook the tank after use. I’ve been using it to torch brush in my yard no issues.

Great little flame thrower and easy to use however my husband has to bend over to use it. The flame only goes about a for and a half and I've seen others go as far as 4 feet. Funny enough my husband used it to melt thick sheets of ice that salt couldn't melt due to our very cold Midwest winters.
