I just tried it out, and so far, the results are quite good. It's not the least bit heavy, it does really take out the wrinkles as I had hoped. I haven't tried to use it as an iron yet. It's mainly for travel to freshen up my clothes. I bought the blue color. It is a dark blue, so it looked black when I opened the box. In the light, I could see the blue. It came with a small oven mitt, & I did use it as you could hit your hand with the steam holding a shirt. The steam just comes out, you don't have to hold down a button to dispense. I was cautious about using it anyway. The steam is continual until you turn it down. I used it, turned it off, & promptly unplugged it after use. It's too easy to accidentally knock down, & I am not sure if it's totally off when I put the switch in the lowest position. I do recommend it.

I’m very impressed with this steamer. It heats up super quickly and produces a strong, steady steam that removes wrinkles in just a few passes. If you have arthritis, do not buy this product. It is too heavy, especially after you put the water in. And where exactly are you supposed to put the garment when you’re using this contraption I will continue going to the Dry Cleaners. Don’t waste your money.
