I bought this to mount my phone to my Xbox controller for cloud gaming, and it works exactly as I would hope. It's easy to put on, easily adjustable, super secure feeling both at the controller and at the phone, and can be tweaked until the balance feels comfortable. That's always a concern, as adding a heavy phone onto a controller can really mess up the balance of it in the hands. Build quality feels sturdy as well, I don't feel like this is going to break on me any time soon. This is an okay device. I’ve used it for a short time while I waited for my Razer Kishi and it was okay during that time. It does get top heavy depending on what device you have and the adjustment knobs are not very durable.

    • Super Great Buy, With Two Major Drawbacks.

Absolutely amazing, so to speak. It works great for COD Mobile, playing games off Xbox Game Pass or even playing my Xbox off of my phone ( if i have the right Internet. ) One of the reasons I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because you have to remove the casing off the controller to disconnect. When you disconnect from bluetooth, the controller goes into a "search" for about 4 minutes. Which drains battery life.... The way to fix this is, remove the clip and take out the batteries. (Even more effort if you keep the battery casing on.) or have the controller plugged in and just remove the cord. (But who really sits near an outlet the whole time they're playing a game just to remove the cord to disconnect the controller.) Removing the clip over and over will wear down the dots that go into the holes that hold the clip in place. Not to mention the grips have left an imprint on my controller. The second reason it's not five stars is the price. Technically i had to get it for the reasons mentioned above but the sticker price is expensive in my mind. This is a $7-$10 product and the fact that it was over $15 for three day shipping was kinda ridiculous. All in all, this a product where you have to have a good job to afford it, but it's a must have for any mobile gamer with controller supported games (especially for Xbox players.) ... show more

I was a bit hesitant in buying this because of some of the reviews, but I took the risk anyway. First of all, the main reason I got this is because I plan on using it with Xbox's Xcloud on my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. However, I do like to play other games with a controller on my phone, it just isn't very comfortable having to set the phone on some sort of stand to play. One worry I had about this was that some reviews mentioned it wasn't very comfortable using it while lying down. However I strongly disagree. I got mine today, attached it to my Xbox controller and played some games in bed for a while. It was really nice. I'm impressed by how sturdy it holds in place. The phone and the controller actually feel like it's all one thing and not some wobbly contraption. It's easy to adjust and it's able to hold the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra with a case on. I use the Spigen Tough Armour case sold here on Amazon if you're interested in seeing what I'm talking about. It grabs the phone just right, like it was made for it. Not sure if it will fit anything bigger though, it looks like its expanded as far as it will go with the case I have on. Anyway, I can't speak for its long term durability since I just got it today. However, my initial impression is that it's good quality and I don't expect it to fall apart anytime soon. I will update if anything does happen, but so far so good. ... show more

I ordered this clip for the Xbox Series X controller (model 1914) because I read in the description "Designed to fit all Xbox One Wireless Controllers...". It wasn't until I received the clip in my mailbox and tested it on my Series X controller that I noticed it didn't quite fit. I mean, it did fit, but I had to struggle a little bit to put it on the controller and event then, the cutouts didn't math very well with the USB-C port and the BlueTooth pair button, neither the port next to the headphone jack on the controller. When I came back to the product description, to make sure it was made for this version of the controller, I noticed that it had a disclaimer that reads "...except Elite Series 2. Use 2.0 version for Xbox Series X|S, Elite Series 2 or Xbox One wireless controllers." So, after that, I immediately went on and searched for the 2.0 version, found it and bought it; now I'm waiting for that one. TL;DR: It will fit you Series X controller, but not perfectly, it might even come lose. However, there is a 2.0 version of this clip available that is designed specifically for the Series X|S controller. Buy that one instead. Same price. ... show more
