    • Does not function per instructions - but good food once you figure out how to use it
I'm on cook 2 with it. Simple chicken with some breading, and sweet potato fries in the other side. Trying to use the Sync cook function, follow the instructions to a T, and when I pull out the tray after preheat to put the food it, the unit shuts off and I have to reset everything after I put the food back in. Once I get all the nuances worked out, it might grow on me, but for now, as a tech guy who usually has no issues with this kind of stuff, it's super frustrating. ... show more

My first Air Fryer purchase and I'm very impressed! Steak and Potatoes from raw to perfection in 25mins. It does get fairly hot around the bottom, so be careful where you place it. 4/5 due to how heavy and awkward the baskets are when trying to pour out hot food.

I’m still getting used to this air fryer. My biggest thing is getting the digital icons to work. You have to start with fries on far left & by the time I get to fish or chicken, it shuts off! They aren’t touch sensitive. Have to wait for them to blink & eventually get to the food you want to cook. If I’m missing something, please enlighten me. ... show more

The u-connector broke and I can't find a replacement part. Also, I tried to follow the directions closely and they barely cook the food all the way.

Fryer doesn't really have 2 zones. UConnector broke after only a few uses and customer service told me they would not accept a warranty claim since I did not have the receipt (was a gift). Company does not stand behind their products!

Never worked properly and if you wait longer than 90 days to return your stuck with $65 in postage to return. I paid $99 for it. Think I'll pass and never buy this brand again or recommend to anyone. DO NOT BUY!!!
