LNNIW Thickened Drill Rack I already have a three-tier tool holder, but after using it I realized I prefer to mount batteries and chargers on the wall instead of having them on the rack because they want to fall off, so all I needed was more hanging space for the tools themselves. This is exactly what I needed at one-third the price as the full racks and I will be able to add several more to get all of my tools organized in one location on a budget. Since this rack is separate, I can hang the tools already loaded with a battery which wasn't possible with the other rack when I had the 6amp or 5amp packs installed because there wasn't enough clearance to the shelf above the tools and they'd only fit with the small, 2amp battery (see pictures for the example) This way I can just grab a tool to use it and put it back for the next task without needing to take off/put on a battery every time. Mounting takes less than a minute and is easy to relocate as I get the right layout for all of my tools. Holds the tools without flexing even with a heavy battery pack or my heavy impact gun and you could even fit two of the snub-nose drills in one slot if needed. The best value I've found, and I can buy three of them for the price of one of the full racks which is much better for my needs. Shipped and received fast!

This is a nice rack for storing cordless drills and battery packs like the DeWalt 18V series batteries. However, if you are unable to mount to studs, for anchoring in drywall, you might as well throw the anchors away and use some heavy duty wall anchors. I used Cobra TripleGrip #12 anchors (available on Amazon or big box hardware stores) which work perfectly. I actually attempted to use the supplied anchors, but as I had previous expected, they do not grip in drywall, but may work in other materials. You have to ensure that you install it with the mounting holes at the top. No instructions are included, so referring to the Amazon product listing was helpful. Plus, it is intuitive that mounting holes should be placed at the top to create a cantilever support system. Also, the upward turned end of the wires ensures that items will not slide off as tools/batteries are added to the rack. As seen from the attached picture the rack is sturdy enough to hold a DeWalt 18VDC drill with attached battery along with 3 additional 18V batteries. It saves me shelf space and it allows for easy access when needed. Otherwise, this rack is perfect for storing portable drills and/or battery packs.

It keeps the drills off the workbench and we always know where to look for them. Only complaint is there is no place on the rack to put the batteries but will add a shelf to place the chargers. It works as it should a d holds them securely.

I purchased this rack to tidy up my workbench cluttered with drills. (If my wife asks, Yes, I do need all of them.) While it's a simple, affordable metal rack, it serves its purpose of organizing drills and potentially other workshop tools, depending on their weight. To ensure stability, I opted for stronger screws, as the rack felt a bit unstable with four tools on it. For example, I strategically placed my larger impact drill towards the end of the rack, securing it near a screw for added safety. Overall, considering its advertised function, it's an acceptable product. The rundown ... Quality -- Fairly solid and simple. 5/5 Utility -- Works well. 5/5 Parity -- The price for a simple rack like this -- as good as it is -- seems a tad high. 4/5
