As an ASE certified Technician, I can tell you that this brake kit is really nice! The coated rotors require no cleaning before installing and the pads bedded in nicely and are noise free. The pads have nice multi-layered shims that help with noise mitigation. I liked them so much that I just bought another kit for the front brakes of our Toyota Highlander. I've installed just pads on this car since new, but can't delay changing out the rotors any longer - they are looking really crusty. Can't wait for the improved brake performance! ... show more

I love Subaru's but their brakes suck wind. Mine sounded like I was dragging a garbage can down the street, although they were not worn out. Just rust. So I went all new.
