I installed Power Stop CRK1437 Coated Brake Rotors & Ceramic Brake Pads on the front end of my 2007 Chevy Impala a couple weeks ago. So far they are working great. My old front rotors were warped and I had a horrible pulsating in the brake pedal and steering wheel while braking. My car now brakes smoothly and quietly after installing my Power Stop components. While unboxing my components, the hardware clips and grease were not in the brake pad box. After a moment of panic, I realized that they were stuck in the packing paper of the larger box that the brake pad box and rotor boxes where packed in. So keep an eye out for these when you unpack your box. The brake hardware clips initially rubbed on the inboard side of the rotor where there is not a lot of space between the caliper mounting bracket and the rotor. I removed the clips and bent the inboard-side tabs a bit, then reinsert them. This issue is typical of any brake clips, just be aware so your clips don’t squeak from rubbing the rotors as you drive down the road. ALSO, the pads fit very snug into the caliper bracket. I highly suggest loading the bracket with pads before installing it on the steering knuckle. I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I have Power Stop performance rotors and Truck & Tow Extreme pads on my 8,000 lbs 2012 F250. They’ve been on for 8,000 miles and I am very pleased with their performance as well. ... show more
