This product is great and I would recommend it if buying from somewhere besides Amazon. I ordered the full car cut and twice only received the front half of the kit. The kit consists of two very heavy boxes. Amazon struggled to ship both boxes, most likely not very well marked or noted within their system. I did get the full kit on their third try 2-3 weeks later and after multiple long calls with customer service. The returns had to be specially handled due to the heavy boxes. I was then notified I would have to pay for one of the returns. A call to customer service resulted in a promise that I would not be charged. However I did get charged. It then took another three calls and a chat session to finally get the false charge removed. I spent a total of about 8 hours with customer service on this single order. I would absolutely recommend this good product but I would recommend ordering it from anywhere besides Amazon. ... show more

    • Check both boxes, make sure it's not the same set.
Read a review previously stating they recieved two complete front end sets instead of a front and rear set as expected. Thought that it might have been a one off thing. We'll it happened to me as well. After talking with a real person at customer service I had an amazing experience. My guy "Levinson A" at customer service took care of me, made it easy and was able to get just the rear sets I needed without hassle. As far as quality of product, the parts looked great, only slight issue was a paint chip in the red calipers. But to be expected with warehouse handling. Definite improvement over the stock breaks I had for sure. ... show more

When we purchased our 35 foot fifth wheel RV upgrading was a must over the general motors junk they come with Made a huge difference They are very pricey. I paid $1000 last year on Amazon ….. my deductible on my auto insurance is $1000 so every time I’m able to stop and don’t hit the vehicle in front of me They’ll pay for themselves over and over again ... show more

Great product but like others, I did not receive the full kit. I only got the rear set when I ordered both front and rear. My vehicle was already in the shop and with others saying it had taken weeks to correct the issue, I had to pay the shop for the Power Stop fronts.

Legit. Installed these on my 2002 Silverado 2500HD that I use to tow our 26' travel trailer. The difference in these brakes and the stock ones is night and day. If you need to do a brake job anyway I'm not sure why you wouldn't get these. Complete kit, easy to install, direct replacement and they work awesome! ... show more
