The Power Stop Z23 brake upgrade kit makes it simple to complete your brake job by including everything you need: perfectly matched drilled & slotted rotors, Z23 Evolution Sport carbon-fiber ceramic brake pads, upgraded hardware, and high performance lubricant. The low-dust ceramic formula brake pads are reinforced with carbon fibers to strengthen the compound. They are dust free, noise-free, and give you increased braking power without sacrificing everyday drivability. The rotors are cast using the finest G3000 metallurgy with strict OE tolerances - making them a perfect, bolt-on upgrade without the need to make any modifications. Precision drill holes allow for maximum rotor cooling. This keeps your brakes temperatures down during extreme operating conditions. Rounded slots help wipe away any gas or debris - keeping a clear contact patch on the rotor surface for safe, smooth braking. Silver Zinc Dichromate plating is applied to all drilled & slotted rotors, they not only look great behind your wheels, but to help prevent rust & corrosion. What a considerable improvement over stock. 3 months 2,500 miles. I occasionally tow with my Honda Pilot. Usually a medium sized trailer (open 5x8) with a ATV on top. The slotted and drilled rotors, while looking cool, actually do a pretty good job at helping keep the rotors cool. I’ve warped rotors in the past on many vehicles while towing on a particular stretch of downhill and I can relax now because of how well and linear these brakes perform. The car is also my daily driver and the brake feel is very nice. A considerable improvement over stock. They make a lot less dust than the OEM pads and haven’t rusted at all so the wheels look a lot cleaner as result. This was the first time I’ve done brakes on any vehicle, I’m a pretty handy guy and have sufficient tools for the job. I can say the install went very smooth, the kit comes with everything you need, definitely look up some rotor screws for your vehicle as well because you may need one like I did. ... show more

This kit was perfect for our truck. The fitment was spot on and the kit had everything needed and made the install very easy. Took me about 2 hours and very pleased with the product. Looks great and performs flawlessly.

I bit the bullet and bought this kit after dealing with "warped" OEM rotors on my 2017 Pilot Elite. In the 5 years I've owned this car, it's jerked to a stop most of them. I had the front rotors turned a couple of years ago and that solved the problem, then the rears started jerking to a stop. I replaced the rear rotors and the jerking stopped for a few months but eventually returned along with the front. After each replacement or machining I went thru and did the proper bedding and break in process, but they all eventually "warped". I finally said "enough" and got this kit and I couldn't be any happier. The instructions are easy to follow, and the rotors are clearly labeled so you know which one goes where. Installation took about 30 minutes per wheel. For the first time in years I've been able to go months without my Pilot jerking to a stop. Do yourself a favor and pick up a caliper compressor from here as well. It's a lot easier than messing with a C clamp. ... show more

    • Great product but don't expect the rebate
The brakes work great. The kit was complete and the parts are high quality. However, don't expect to get any rebates that might be available from PowerStop if you buy this kit from Amazon. I applied for the $110 MIR offer and provided all the necessary information, but got a letter back saying my submission did not qualify because "Receipt Submitted is from a Non-qualifying Store/Retailer". So when you're making your buying decision, don't factor any rebates into the equation, because if you buy from Amazon, you won't get the rebate. Lesson learned. ... show more

    • Brakes are super nosey after a few months use
I have bought the same brakes for my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I love the looks and performance. However when I bought this kit for my 2017 Honda Pilot I began having a loud squeak noise when the brakes are first use after a cold start up. This happens every time I apply the brakes when the car is being driven if it has sat for more than a couple hours. I did do the proper brake in that the instructions describe. However the noisy brakes are temping me to replace soon even though they still perform well. ... show more

Received two rear passenger side rotors. Ended up having to install the wrong rear rotor on the driver's side. Bad packing QC. Otherwise seems good quality.
