The low-dust ceramic formula brake pads are reinforced with carbon fibers to strengthen the compound. They are dust free, nose-free, and give you increased braking power without sacrificing everyday drivability. The rotors are cast using the finest G3000 metallurgy with strict OE tolerances - making them a perfect, bolt-on upgrade without the need to make any modifications. Precision drill holes allow for maximum rotor cooling. This keeps your brakes temperatures down during extreme operating conditions. Rounded slots help wipe away any gas or debris - keeping a clear contact patch on the rotor surface for safe, smooth braking. Replaced brakes on my wife's 2017 Cherokee Trailhawk. I am not a professional, but have been turning wrenches for 50+ years. When I do a brake job, I always do rotors along with the pads. Buying stock rotors and pads for this vehicle would have cost over $500 at the local parts store. This set gave me high quality slotted and cross drilled rotors and ceramic pads which are a major upgrade. Included all parts needed with kit. Rotors were heavy and impressive. Braking is now smooth and quiet. Only advice I would give is to do a youtube video on the Cherokee before because of the electronic parking brake controls. And wire brush and use antiseize on the hubs so that rotors come off easily for next brake job. These will be the go to parts for any future brake jobs that I do. ... show more

It's all to easy to buy parts that don't fit your vehicle, but these were perfect for my car. All the required hardware and even lubricant were supplied. All I could ask for would be replacement caliper bracket one time use mounting bolts. These stretch bolts are supposed to be replaced as the specified torque may not result in proper tightening force. The vehicle does stop better with these parts installed. I can't supply stopping distance comparison, but it seems less peddle pressure is required. ... show more

    • Very poor customer service. Brakes missing parts. Pads have trouble fitting in OEM calipers.
The front brakes did not include new boots even though the picture shows them. The front and rear brakes did not include the clips for the brake pads. I had to reuse the original clips. The only included clips are the caliper clips. The front pads also were very difficult to fit in the OEM caliper brackets. It took over an hour and I ended up having to file the pad metal backer bracket to get them to fit. I contacted Powerstop for support on the above issues. They answer 1 question per day even though I respond immediately after I get the email. By the end of the exchange I was being asked for things already included in the original email. Good thing I was not stuck waiting for them to answer! I have been doing auto brake work for over 20 years. I have never had the issues I have with Powerstop. I will not buy this brand again for any reason. ... show more

    • Stops on a dime.
Shocking difference from stock. Well made and no brake dust. Rims stay clean. Biggest thing is follow the brake in to a T. Very important. Read it carefully and go somewhere safe and follow the instructions.

They were easy to install on 2021 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. They stop the Jeep quickly. They seem to be a good quality. Noise level is quite so far.

    • These only fit dual piston Cherokees... Nothing is stated in description
These pads do not fit a single piston 2019 Cherokee. Also one set of the brakes came with the slide piston boots, the other pack did not. Powerstops own website states that K6539 is the part number for the single piston 2019.

Everything fit my Jeep perfectly, I had no issues installing anything and all parts seem to be very good quality. The stopping performance is a night and day improvement over OEM parts!
