    • Looks great and performs well
I put these brakes on my 2016 Mustang GT (Performance Package). Performance isn't really noticeably improved over the factory PP brakes, but there's significantly less brake dust, and the drilled/slotted rotors certainly look the part. I did abide by the break-in procedure and have had zero issues with the brakes. With that said depending upon where you live, finding a road or place to do the entire break-in procedure could be easier said than done. I happen to live in a semi-rural area, so I just used a seldom-traveled back road for the multiple starts and stops the procedure calls for. As far as performance goes. Initial bite seems to be *slightly* less aggressive vs. the factory metallic pads, but overall braking performance is about the same, which is good. There's no noise at all, and as mentioned before, the amount of brake dust vs. the factory pads is greatly reduced. Fine brakes overall, you're probably not going to see hugely improved performance, but aesthetics of your car will likely be improved. One important caveat if you've got a newer Mustang. If you have a GT with the factory performance package, then this is the brake kit you need. If your car doesn't have the performance package, then you will need another kit. The front brake rotor size on the PP cars is different (larger) than the ones on the non PP cars. ... show more

Love how these look behind my wheels now! Gorgeous rotors. The shipper sent me two passenger side front rotors though (see picture). I would have given less stars for this error leaving me no choice but to install a passenger front rotor on the driver side just to get home (i was out of town during installation) however i reached out to PowerStop directly and they will be sending me the correct replacement. Like other reviews I’ve read about these... you aren’t going to get BITE...like you do with more aggressive pads. They stop you good, but the the pedal is not sensitive to the touch like others. At first i was hoping for/expecting that, but after a week of driving (both aggressively and casually) I’m perfectly fine with the pedal feel. As far as dust goes, it’s hard to tell bc my wheels are black and are always dirty. Great value for the money though. I’m very happy with the purchase. ... show more

Break pads are not as described or pictured on both amazon and the retailers site... Cant beat the price for the quality, did not come with the grease.

I bought this since it said it fit my car, this however does not fit non PP mustangs. Also, amazon isn't allowing me to return the item since it's been longer than a month since I bought them (I moved).
