I've used Power Stop brakes for years. So when my Fusion Sport needed brakes, Power Stop was it. Cost and quality are always two concerns - both are acceptable. The question above 'Are they easy to install' is borderline ridiculous, however. No, brakes are not easy to install. And car with rear disc brakes needs a special tool to push the caliper piston back in. It's a pain, however not the fault of the brake parts in this kit. It's my belief that as long as you install them properly, and follow the break-in directions, the Power Stop brakes will provide the service you expect. At a price that, at least in my case, was much better than parts from the big automotive parts chains. ****Update Associated 2024 The pad material lost is bonding to plate. After a mild 'thunk' then scraping/ grinding, this is what I found. The other pad on this wheel has slightly less than a 1/4" of material left, the other three wheels seem to be about the same. ... show more

Parts had perfect fitment and came with everything needed. Parts seamed to be high quality which I was worried about, but would now recommend. The local auto parts store want the same price for just the front brakes, but this kit did fronts and backs! Does improve the look as well. Now we wait to see how they last. ... show more

Threw these on with the matching calipers and everything is running well. I didn't want to break the bank but the rotors and calipers had seen better days and it was time. I only have a few months installed and on a seasonal vehicle that is just getting pulled out, but the initial impression is they are quiet and stop well. They are an improvement over the OEM, but a little silly that they are drilled as I would not track these. These aren't big Brembo's. My biggest complaint is the wheels on the car are complex and these aren't the kindest in the brake dust department. I spend too much time in the garage and clean them often, but if not I would have real concerns about staining. Deep inside the wheel where the reach is lesser I can see some of this accumulating. All things considered I would get the entire set again. I can live with the brake dust and the performance has exceeded my limited expectations. I bought this set of rotors and brake pads just under a year ago. For the first 9 months or approximately 8000 miles they have worked flawlessly. They had great stopping power and exhibited no noise. However this nice run had its end about 2 months ago once I was over 10,000 miles. At first, they started squeaking slightly when braking, which wasn't too much of an issue. As the time went by, the squeal from them while braking and even while driving slow was incredibly loud and obnoxious, to the point where people on the street would say that I should check into my brakes. The stopping power is still there, however the loud squeaking will not go away. What's worse is that no shop wants to turn these as they are cross drilled, had they been just slotted, this would not have been an issue. I am not sure what to do and would hate to have to replace these so quick. If anyone has any solution or suggestion for this issue, I would greatly appreciate any input. To those that are considering buying these, I would advise to reconsider as there are other options that could be far better. ... show more

A good product. I was able to use some online videos for the install. One of the brake rotors was mislabled. It said right rear and it was right front. My friend recommended this set to replace the brakes on my 2010 fusion. I recommend 2 people for putting the spreaders for the pads. Don't forget your eye protection incase they go flying. After having several thousand miles on my brakes and the vibration of worn 100 thousand mile rotors. I decided on the complete setup from power stop. So far after the break in as per instructions and a hundred miles of city driving they still fill spongy and the pedal goes down like worn out brakes. Miss my old Bendix set, at least I had a full pedal that would stick your nose in the dash. ... show more
