Description

Power Stop brake pads are engineered for noise free braking with dual rubber backed shims that offer 6 times more noise reduction than plain steel shims. The pad surfaces are thermal scorched for fast break-in. Evolution pads feature a true ceramic formula that keeps wheels cleaner and won't wear-out the rotors. Power Stop pads have 20 percent more stopping power. The premium carbon-ceramic compound is made using OE positive mold technology, that assures a uniform friction density throughout the pad and this helps control noise and premature wear. Evolution pads are manufactured under TS16949 standards to OEM specifications including chamfers and slots.

Its all about the brake dust and these really have very little. Before I made the change to ceramic brakes my wheels looked drity two days after a detailed clean. Its been over two weeks and my wheel still look good. Iam going to make the change on all my cars.

    • Pads are just too noisy to keep on the car.
Super squeaky, but called them and they are going to replace. Hopefully it was just a bad brake pad. Update: Nope. They sent me a whole new set no questions. I greased and coated and prayed when I installed these. Still squeaking. I did the break in and they were still noisy to the point it is embarrassing to be seen driving my BMW. I was sick of the noise today and I smoked these pads on the back road home. I did about 15 rolling stops going from 80 to 20. They got better, but not to the point I can keep them on the car. They still squeak. I have bought $60 in special coatings, grease, and anti squeal. Save your money and just by name brand pads and be done with it. ... show more
